Half the time I can't even dial a local number without dialing 1 first. I hung up on the @Bell_Support "support" who told me I had to dial 1 for all phone calls. #imbeciles

@Accelerante @Bell_Support Report that **** to the their manager. They can get in a lot of trouble for clocking hours they aren’t working. Also it’s known that techs do this for jobs they don’t wanna bother with. Contractors are worse. Source: I used to be an Xfinity tech
