@Bell_Support why is your internet never working? Better yet, why do techs go in and mess about it boxes and screw up service. Twice this has happened in less than a month. Ridiculous when you work from home 🤬🤬

@Bell_Support No thank you I had multiple techs try to fix the problem even saw two bell employees argue about the problem multiple billing mistakes that I am still dealing with 3 months later you company isn't the fastest its a lie and I will tell everyone

@Bell @Bell_Support for cutting off my internet at my current address because I ported my home phone number ahead of a move. And thanks for having your customer loyalty/retention team call us 2 days before to confirm they would not cutoff internet! Moving to @cogeco feels good!

Hey @Bell_Support. Just got a call from one of your agents. After they informed me that the call was being recorded, I asked if they can stop recording and they hung up on me. I don't know why I was called but this was a bad interaction. Can you please review?

@Bell is pathetic. Installs wrong TV package then bills me the activation fee said to be waived with online orders. Their WiFi router nukes cell reception in mine and each neighbour’s home. When I complain they try to increase my bill by $70. @CRTCeng are you protecting us? #help

@Bell I'd not recommend Bell. They are notorious with their billing mistakes(!). They tried to punish us with over $500 data overage for a 9 GB usage. We are still fighting for it and it looks we fill fill out an official complaint at CCTS/CRTC. Stay way way away!
