@Videotron why are you lying to your customers? Your technicians leave a job without resolving the issue? And then your support staff lie about what's going on? Horrible customer service. Hopefully @Bell will have a promotion on soon so we can switch to their service

@Bell_Support So do I get something back for losing internet for almost 2 days? My wife and I lost 2 days of work, not to mention the aggravation of being locked on the phone with Bell Support for hours. Although not all was bad, kids were happy not to attend online school.

Hey @Bell "customer self service" is NOT the same as "customer service". See, the part where I do it myself without your help means this isn't customer service. This is letting subscribers fend for themselves and then taking credit.

@Bell All of the live Echat, phone, technical support is done by people in the Philippines. Canadian company outsourcing jobs and charging an astronomical amount of money for services.

The CRTC has sold the interests of Canadians down the river. But rather than get mad at @Bell Canada, @Telus and @Rogers for reaming us, we're going with Starlink. If we're going to pay a high price for internet, it might as well be the best.
