Yes you have bundles, but not everyone is paying the same price for a particular bundle. This is intentional to suck as much money as you can from each customer.

HANK (@HankSamuelson) reported@Bell You charged us for "fibre" for 2 years at 120 dollars a month with speeds never getting over enough to stream netflix without buffering time and again. We find out from a bell employee just recently that there isnt even fibre on our street. This is theft. We fired Bell promptly.
