So, @Bell internet has been down in my area for at least 8 hours now, and there’s no sign that it’ll be restored. @CamGuthrie @erin: I thought that a law was passed that other companies would be required to pick up the slack after the Rogers outage back in July? Where’s our help?

@Bell_Support I 'd LOVE top know why no one can tell my when or what my password was change to and when, since I never changed it and cannot get into my dashboard. Why does a tech have to come for something "so simple"? This has taken our home phone out COMPLETELY

Aside from the fact that they keep trying to upsell me every time they call, which is many times, my appointment for installation has been rescheduled without my consent to tomorrow which does not work, and there's no way to call or chat with someone to fix this. @Bell

It is astonishing that after the recent spate of violence and unexplained attacks, some leading to deaths of very young Torontonians, that @TELUS @Rogers @Bell refuse to provide cell service on TTC subways/stations. All three are morally and ethically bankrupt. Shame. Shame!
