My 87 yr old mother hasn’t had @Bell_Support internet for 7 days and counting! She relies on it. When I call, I’m told it will be fixed that night by 10p. I’ve been told that for 7 days. Today, a new low: when I asked for a supervisor the rep hung up. **** you @Bell

Terrible customer service from @Bell, I even requested a supervisor and I was told no and then asked to speak to customer service to report the service I had today and they disconnect me. Absolutely pathetic

@LeFortniteJesu1 @Bell 5mbps would make sense, however, 5gbps is the fastest internet offered in Canada and isn’t available for most residential homes. Therefore it wouldn’t apply to this scenario. Could you please elaborate on what I’m not understanding? Not trying to be rude.

Hey @Bell_Support, been dealing with an ongoing issue with my fiber 3.0 for a month now with no resolution, it's getting quite frustrating. It's been escalated to network operations who said there's no issue and couldn't be bothered to update me. And the problem still persists!

@tiajoseph @Bell Here in the US you can contact your state’s Attny General and they can help. Often just a paper trail with them gets a vendor to do what they should. Good luck!

Paying $100 for 5mbit down is unreasonable. We cannot run on 5mbit down. Complained to CCTS and finally Bell is doing something. Contacted the person in charge of my case today and I'm extremely unhappy with his tone of voice. @Bell_Support
