@immanueluyTO @VasCityEstates @Bell I've had this happen a few times, I've never had a successful cancellation with Bell. Multiple cancellations were left open then later sent to collections. I've had them even Bill me for Tenant's modems. I think they count on people just paying those bills when they come in tbh.

@daniel_foch @immanueluyTO @Bell Have you tried Bell Business? I tried to pay my bill with the condition of talking to a Bell employee about unusual charges when they setup my acct. 12 months later they sent me to collections - never put me in contact w/ bell employee, only 3rd party CSR and then collections.

Note to @LuckyMobileCan, @Bell Mobility, and other communications or tech services who think they can get away with support services that do not provide any actual support: do not annoy and ignore grieving widowers. ... 1/2

@Bell You can **** right off any time now with your damn AI system blocking my ability to dial most 1-800 numbers. Your AI is wrong, is total garbage, and needs to be scrapped for doing more harm than good and preventing me from accessing my medical care! @bellcanadalies
