Switched from @RogersHelps to @Bell this weekend. Not thrilled about joining Bell but I'll never be back to Rogers. For anyone still with Rogers, they offered me $40 off a month for a year not to cancel. Take advantage of that info if you're staying with them.

"A recent Rogers network failure resulted in an outage in your TekSavvy internet service." "TekSavvy will be applying a 5-day pro-rated credit directly to your TekSavvy account(s)." ~@TekSavvyBuzz THIS is how you run an ISP @Rogers / @Bell! #rogersoutage

The lack of cellular service in Nova Scotia is appalling. Two bars of 3G/LTE is useless. The province is growing; get more towers. @bell

@RogersHelps That’s ok. The $50 unnecessary charge is more important to you than the year over year monthly payments for the next few decades you are going to lose from what was a loyal customer for 14yrs, keep it, I will be switching to @Bell

My grandma can't communicate with anyone outside her residence and @Bell can't be bothered to do anything. Do yourself a favour and never choose this piece of **** of a company.
