@Rogers hi! We had a great mobile plan with you guys until @Bell contacted me to say they're taking your customers after your outage and offered me a fake deal (which I didn't kno was fake) and scammed me into a bait and switch scheme. Any chance someone can help me out?

@Bell I’m a bell subscriber and my internet has been dropping so much I am thinking of leaving for rogers, I have had bell over 4 times to fix it and they can’t so don’t give me your false advertising!

@Bell_Support contract number BDB7HS4S. This morning I contacted your service staff again they said they can come over but will charge us $100, so I contacted the sales again asking her why she promised $0 installation when we first time talked to her. She said because she assumed it was easy

@Bell_Support hello, good day. I spent 1hr 15mins this morning on a call trying to add a new line for my daughter. Bell had issues processing my order.I asked for a callback to finish my order. I have yet to receive this call and I don’t want to have go through everything again.

So @bell is able to buy multiple small internet service providers, lobby to have the wholesale rates increased, block third party access to their tax payer funded fibre lines and you say @CRTCeng is for the benefit of Canadians? @justintrudeau’s corruption is insane.

@Bell WARNING: Your sales team pulled a bait and switch on me saying bell was offering competitive plans in response to the Rogers outage in July. I was offered a better plan and agreed to switch. I found out after the plan offered did not exist and now forced to stay and upgrade
