So @Bell has been charging us 76.00$ a month for an account that does not even exist?????? Support says they can't find the account, we don't know what the account is for - what can they do about it. Nothing they say!

@Rogers on hold 44 minutes now. For the highest profiting cellular provider in Canada, you guys sure provide absolute shite service. Ridiculous. Hire more staff. Can’t even get a specialist online, as there’s a massive queue. @Bell @TELUS who’s looking for a new customer?

@govt_corrupt that money went into his packets and his friends, it will never get done. Same thing @Bell did years ago

  • VanMeik211 Vanessa 🇨🇦🏊🏻‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️ (@VanMeik211) reported

@Bell Do you actually employ people who know what they're doing? I've been billed for a second time for a service that was cancelled TWO MONTHS ago. I've already spent 4 hours on the phone trying to correct this. This level of incompetence is incomprehensible. 😡

Hi @Bell, we are looking for the hero that will help us through the horrible new connection service we have been receiving for the past 2 months

  • cenattori cenattori (@cenattori) reported

@Bell 2) I returned the equipment as per Bell’s instructions. Purolator tracking confirmed delivery, but Bell never acknowledged receipt. Despite this, a non-return charge was added to my account. After calling again, the charge was removed and I was promised no money would be taken

  • Lisa_said_it Lisa (@Lisa_said_it) reported

@Bell What is the issue now? No Internet AGAIN???? 4th time this year. I’m done.

  • Andreharmonic اشیانه‌ فاخته (@Andreharmonic) reported

@Bell IMPROVE your return process. Why do I have to fill out an online form with all my personal information just to return YOUR modem? Why are there three different identifiers for customer service—customer ID, account number, and Fibe Internet ID? Do you really not have any junior business analysts in such a large company?
