@Bell @Bell_Support 7 full days without internet or fibe tv. No solution. No one from bell contacts me. I have to call every day to be told they are “escalating this”. For 7 days..same bs script. It is actually impressive how brutal your customer support is.

Been getting the runaround from @Bell support about an issue with a cell tower that has made my service unbearably slow since December 2020. Case #213462. Almost 8 MONTHS and no work has even begun on this tower. Any response?

@CRTCeng How is it that @Bell can continually tell us we have service only to fail to meet those expectations. The worst part is - they’re system says we are now able to access their new service so it’s not like it’s going to get fixed anytime soon. I can’t wait for Starlink to be…

@Bell_Support the fact that you just auto reset a modem when someone calls for tech support has to be the most toxic thing an ISP has done to me and I’ve had Comcast as a provider.

@Bell_Support So you don’t ever call anyone? You don’t have a person who actually calls but you are a phone company? You just send the same damn message every time. Sorry for the inconvenience. But there is no solution. No timeline. No info.

@BELL...$325 a month and all 4 TVs in the house buffering when trying to watch Hockey Game. Got to be kidding me with this ****. So sick of your useless product and even worse customer service. Complete crap.

@Bell Tree just came down in garden due to storm. Old (unused) Bell line trapped in fallen tree putting strain on main lines at bottom of garden. What should we do?
