@Bell No thanks for ****** customer service oh and that $65 plan is only 150mb not even 5G 🤡

  • ttctaker Carol Brooks (@ttctaker) reported from Georgian Bay, Ontario

@Bell for what I pay for my cell service it would be better in Georgian Bay area. Going back to Rogers when my contract is up!

  • amuchan3172 JoJo (@amuchan3172) reported

@Bell_Support I have rebooked an appointment through online chat support on your website with an agent, but extremely concerned that my time would be wasted a second time this Wednesday if the appointment does not happen.

  • MarkKennedyQW 🇨🇦 Mark (Bundy) Kennedy 🇨🇦 (@MarkKennedyQW) reported

After tonight’s @cogeco outage for five hours and counting, it’s clear their service is very vulnerable. The @Bell fibre internet lines are being installed in my neighbourhood now and if the pricing is good, switching might be a smart idea.

  • MullaF MULLA (@MullaF) reported

@Bell_Support I am considering switching from @RogersHelps, I’ve been with them for 20 years and it is time for a change. Not being treated fair as a loyal customer there. What options do I have?

  • NanalanRussell Nanalan (@NanalanRussell) reported

@Bell So, I’m paying $106 monthly with this exact plan. And my phone has been paid off. I can go with Shaw mobile who I have internet already for 25 gigs for $40. Wanna talk about being the best mobile network?

  • WiseMade Dean Wiseman (@WiseMade) reported

@Prairielily22 @PaulaRe48195653 The "bots" need to cancel their @bell subscriptions

  • CLFolk_ CFolk (@CLFolk_) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support @Bell any updates. I still can’t clearly take or make a phone call. This service is getting ridiculous.

  • WiseMade Dean Wiseman (@WiseMade) reported

@Prairielily22 Anyone that continues to support bell/ctv with subscriptions need to have their heads checked. You don't need to be a data analyst to know this isn't bot generated and any "real" journalist have done their due diligence Maybe all the bots need to cancel their accounts with @Bell

  • shantanugupta Shantanu Gupta (@shantanugupta) reported

@Bell_Support absolute worse support. I just keep jumping from one department to another.
