@Bell contractor, #DCRStrategies @DCRStratetiesNA not doing its job. Trying to reach them for over half an hour to activate @Bell gift card. Other option is to pay to find out balance. Refuse to do that. Inept service, the latest in ongoing problems w/ card & DCR Strategies.

So done dealing with @Bell_Support - they call me to ask about my service. I have issues and they tell me to call 1-800 number after 1-800 number. After 4 reps, they can't do anything. Totally transferring my cell to @telus and my internet to @VMediaTV

@Bell You need 5000 customer service representatives 24/7/365. Rogers beats you because you have limited customer service. Your customer service is only 9-5 on weekdays and Rogers customer service is 24/7/365.
