Joe Stover (@joechurchill) reported from Winnipeg, Manitoba@Bell_Support Howdy. I’ve had my new iPhone 13 for about six weeks on this. We 5G network in Winnipeg. I find though that it sometimes has problems connecting to 5G, but won’t go back to LTE, it goes straight to 3G. My old iphone never did this. Any ideas?

She passed away earlier this year, I explained this to your agent and she asked to speak to her. I told her that wouldn't be possible. I have been on the phone for 20.

Yasmine Hassan (@yasminereports) reported@Bell second internet outage this month in my area. I honestly haven’t had this bad of an internet connection since I was on dialup as a teenager. Your agent said it would take hours to fix. How am I meant to get my work done now? Horrible service.

Violet (@violet_blue68) reported@Bell I used to have Bell home phone, mobile and internet. I cancelled all because the customer support is horrible. The support people put you on hold multiple time for 10 mins or more and are unable to resolve almost every issue after spending an hour on the call.
