& the guy was incredibly rude. "Just listen to me, ma'am, listen to what I am saying to you." & said its not procedure to temporarily suspend service when they have asked to disconnect but in the end it was my choice, so my fault. & laughed. Reason #65875 why i hate @Bell

  • JRodTO22 Johnny R (@JRodTO22) reported

@Bell Nah, when you’re showing the same game on four channels (or even worse, curling!), I can watch different games on my IPTV service. Make better use of your channels, get back to broadcasting EPL football - and I’ll consider you again.

  • _Esco2 Fernando (@_Esco2) reported

Dear @Bell /@Bell_Support Today was the first day in my 36 years of being alive that I struggled to switch from paper to email billing. It's ridiculous how outdated your "help" section is. Can you do me the favor and help me switch to email billing? Please and thank you 🙄

@Bell Can you please help out a guy walking across Canada for cancer research! He needs data! #crosscanadajax #terryfox #fightcancer

@Bell Wifi is terrible. I need to hard-wire my laptop to the router for works.

  • OriginalKanator K-Anator (@OriginalKanator) reported

@RdKean @Bell I'd argue that this is literally false advertising. High speeds do not mean low latency, those are two entirely different things. Not to mention games use so little bandwidth you'd still have no problems playing practically anything on a 20/5 aDSL connection.

  • MikeMoeller1980 mike moeller (@MikeMoeller1980) reported

@Bell fix my account NOW! This is not something that sould take a fking wk to fix!

  • Avezina Alain Vezina (@Avezina) reported

Holà @Bell_Support Im trying to get internet, tv and mobility. After at least 10 hours on the phone with your customer service I still didn’t succeed . Cant say that didn’t tried !!!

  • mirgray Miranda Gray (@mirgray) reported

Idiot Bell Fibe installer chose to idle and block a stop sign. When he finally moved on after two requests, he moved to block the left lane beside another of their trucks parked under a fire lane sign. (There are 3 open parking spot 2 m off the lane.) @Bell this is your issue.

  • ADoinkman Al Doinkman (@ADoinkman) reported

@Bell you're a telephone service provider. How about you focus on getting Canada cheaper access to cell phone services rather than message us about **** you should have no part of or say in. **** right off and do your job.
