If nothing else, the @CRTCeng needs to do some actual governance of the sector. Demand post-mortems on incidents of this magnitude. Incident communications was terrible. Confidence in @RogersHelps (and @Bell) is apathetic levels, most laugh it off w/memes of terrible service.

@Bell Zero class. You’re completion ran into a problem that you guys had 2 years ago and now you put out this press release to show how you are the best. Your internet is terrible and your cell phone signal is unreliable. I can’t get a signal 5 mins from my house.
