@Bell @Bell_Support when are you going to fix the issue in my area so I can make calls again on my cell? It’s been almost a month and a cancelled ticket later I’m still no further ahead

Ok @Bell_Support four texts, several emails and app updates are appreciated during an outage but the outage was like seven minutes. I’m ok.

@Bell that seems very deliberate to keep a “middle person” between the customer and the people directly responsible for trying to fix the issue. No wonder your service is so horrible. I am going on 7 days of no SMS service with no resolution in sight.

@Bell Is there any particular reason why the cell service around Hecla Island, Manitoba went from serviceable to terrible in the course of 24 hours? I had a reasonable service on Sunday, but since Monday, I have to be within view of the tower to get a steady signal.

@Bell Why don't you invest in customer service and fixing your aging, decrepit infrastructure?
-
Sherry Dayton
(@sherry_dayton) reported
@Bell Guess what? When I called today to follow up, the agent told me that the second ticket number could not be found. Shocking! Does @bell care about its customers? Why can your “network back office” people not be reached? Agent told me they only have outgoing numbers.

@Bell_Support I'm trying to cast my Bell Fiber TV app from my mobile phone to Google Chrome Cast on my TV. I'm getting an error code on my TV, it says Error Code 7. Is this a Bell issue?
