@Bell I've had the worst possible experience trying to BECOME a Bell customer. 10 days so far in this process...no one from Bell will call me back. I've called you 5 times. Don't understand why it's so difficult to give you business?

Hi @Bell I am trying to find out why Bell took $195 from my bank account when my Bell account is closed. I tried calling 1800 667 0123 but was told it is not Bell's responsibility to figure it out, it is the bank's issue. I tried using Facebook Messenger with no luck from them

@Bell_Support There is no diversity in your network. This is a shame for a national Tier1. Always fate sharing to save money

@Bell_Support Why is there no redundancy in your network system? Seems ignorant to have one line being cut wiping out service for thousands of customers across three towns. Especially with how dependant people are on the internet nowadays with the stay at home orders.

@EbeaudryEric @Bell_Support They do not have diversity in their network in order to save money. It is a shame for a national tier 1. They use fate sharing to the max.

@CaoJacques @Bell_Support I assume we will be given credit for this lack of service?

@Bell_Support You have all the information in your CRM about who is affected by this outage? Why is it that customers have to seek this information on Twitter instead of receiving updates via email/text messages?
