Today someone from @bell came to my door. Not about the issue we've been having with the mess/tree they left in my yard months ago, but to sell me their services. Was advised that it would have likely been dealt with quicker if I was a bell customer...🤨

@Bell_Support I'm not sure if this is the right place for it, but I just wanted to leave compliments about the service my grandmother received yesterday. It was the fastest, most effective response I'd ever seen from an internet service provider, bar none. 1/6

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

@Bell I need a number or address to file a complaint. Don't give me the DM line either. We've tried it all. Either you provide a viable contact for issues with your TV service or we will be contacting all media as well as crtc.

@Bell Since that storm in Southern Ontario about a week and a half ago, I've been without any internet. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get you guy to come fix it. I've been promise twice that it would be fixed the following day and nope.... it didn't happen. thanks @Bell

@Bell_Support The customer service agents all tell a different story. None of which has been accurate. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. Bell clearly doesn’t care about customers.
