    communicate wide outages to their billing department. The billing person tried to sell me on a cell plan / alarm system after reducing the bill. Lol **** no, @bell.

    It was also very nice of the employee there to go on their break just as my dad asked for help, then proceeded to help other people in store. We are now stuck like this for another day thanks to the lack of communication from your staff over the phone and in store. @Bell_Support

    @bell , I live 7km from two of your towers. Why can’t I get more than a half bar for cell signal? And no, wifi calling doesn’t work.

    Update: Customers who lost service absolutely have to call billing to get their bills reduced, regardless of what tech support tells you on the phone. @bell doesn’t even seem aware that my neighbours and I lost service for 7 days (we lost power for 4 only). They don’t track or /1
