    @Bell_Support we have had 3 different agents tell us 3 different reasons for our bell fibe service to not be working. It’s been close to 7 hours and no resolve.

    @Bell Some months back you had a team install pure fibre in our area. The problem is the team you hired left chunks of grass destroyed in our front yard, not to mention a 5 feet long / literally one foot deep hole for us to deal with. All they they was slap sod over it. Sad.

    @Bell_Support $139 a month for an internet service I can’t use, because of some freezing rain… in Canada… oh and get this, when I can use it, I get 5MB/s. Premium price for a 3rd world internet service.

    @kvetcher7 @Bell Yes internet problems with Bell. They are mailing us a new modem … no internet for 5 days. Now I am reading this happening to others. So frustrating.

    @ShawInfo well, thank you for many years of good service. It's shame it'll have to end so ignominiously with such a terrible company as Rogers. @Bell here I come.

    I honestly hate @bell services, the internet is beyond slow, the home system lags if it ever works and I’m so frustrated. They even have us paying for a home phone line that they never connected

    ***Opinion ONLY***. Sorry folks...between service providers making unrealistic expectations for the Elderly I have no time to play and even if I do, I don't feel motivated. Mostly just doing stuff here. @AboutRogers you lost a customer @Bell 1/2

    @Bell disappointed in being lied to by your sales guy who called and offered me a free trial then getting charged for it on my latest bill. The supervisor I spoke with was not helpful in rectifying it. I've been unhappy with your TV service since day 1 and this isn't helping.
