@Bell @Bell_Support getting nowhere... daughter passes away in accident, Bell wants us to pay remainder of contract cause as they said before to us... its like buyers remorse and phone not in her name. We just want someone to help cancel this line and not make us pay out contract

Hey @Bell_Support your customer service has been an absolute joke. After WEEKS of trying to arrange a time to move exterior wires, and while waiting for a call to confirm a time that works - a tech showed up @ my house, just now, while I am out & my wife is working. WTF!?

I’m watching the @Bell_Support team try to give internet service to a newly built area on Rez! Of the 3 visits.. it’s a different team member.. one of them is going to figure it out I’m sure.. eh? No TV, no internet..

@Bell your portals to sign in to use streaming @CTV is ****. No matter that I have a username&passwrd it never works. @CRTCHearings allow other Co. in so we don't have to deal with this garbage. Your awful people

@Bell_Support so what's up with the network in the Yonge and Eglinton area? I spoke to 3 tech support agents today who all informed me things where running smoothly, yet I couldn't receive calls and my outgoing calls kept getting dropped.

@Bell you guys really out here giving 10 extra gigs of data, saying that it will expire when we change our phone plan, then never informing us of the “expired” data then try and charge us over 700$. **** off 🖕🏻
