@Bell_Support Literally the first thing the Bell Support page directs you to do is reboot your receiver when the blue Bell Fibe logo display is stuck. And now, after five hours down, you recommend NOT rebooting?

  • MarinosDennis Dennis Marinos (@MarinosDennis) reported

@Bell_Support Nooooo you can't watch from the app And my recordings won't load on the app. Get it together Bell 4+ hours without service! Freaking ridiculous! Will you credit all your customers for this lack of service and accessibility??

  • rensaviour Ren 🌻🌻🌻 (@rensaviour) reported

So is @Bell / @Bell_Support going to compensate the many customers for their shoddy service today? Not just talking about the #BellFibe issues, but the poor customer service - inability to get through on the phone, no regular updates on social media etc.

@Wheresmybeer11 @Bell_Support Our fibe tv has been malfunctioning for ages but we can’t be bothered to go through the nightmare customer service. PVR doesn’t work at all. We lost hours of saved shows. Periodically the audio cuts out every few seconds. We have to reboot system most days. I’m tired.

  • MindfulUnperson 👁️‍🗨️dream assassin👁 (@MindfulUnperson) reported

@Bell_Support In Montreal it still not working

  • kvnrayner Kevin Rayner (@kvnrayner) reported

@FrustratedCan22 @Bell_Support @Bell It’s not just ignoring calls. I entered my postal code into their stupid website and apparently there are “no outages”. Complete incompetence

  • CarAdMan Aurelio (@CarAdMan) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support #bellfibe This has been brutal service! Support via MyBell App crashed. No one answering phones. Told to try Twitter for a tweet 4 hrs ago with no info, only to find a msg now saying NOT to reboot, something already done. Time to #cutthecord or try Rogers?
