@Bell_Support Been made to feel like an annoyance and imposition. Steve is at 1.800.963.0288. Please call him for more info. He needs serious customer relations training. I've left 2 messages but have not heard back from him.

@Bell Screwed me over again, said they'd slow internet from 25mbs download to 10 download at 350gbs. Didn't tell me they'd also lower my upload from 5mbs to 1mbs. Streams are non existent until further notice!

@Bell_Support It’s too bad you don’t have stores where customers could just go to replace their defective receivers on the same day rather than waiting for a delivery. You could call them Bell Stores.

@Bell_Support Not much point since your business division is now closed, and I spent 10 minutes going through with your tech support people who could not locate our account despite me giving them all the information needed. All so we could upgrade our receiver to 4K. Painful.
