Lesson learned from yesterday’s @Rogers outage: diversify. Our household is currently Rogers everything: TV, internet, home phone and cellular. Won’t be much longer. Will be moving some of those services to @bell or @TELUS.

Hi @Rogers I’m a business account holder and yesterday’s outage was costly. @Bell hasn’t had this issue and the switch is awfully tempting. Do I need to call in to tell you I expect something for yesterday or are you just going to do the right thing and make a standard offer?

@Bell_Support when will your mobile service be fixed? It has been weeks! My conversations are constantly cut off. Even tried changing my SIM card ($).

@RogersHelps Ignite is horrible, internet and tv still down. I'd love to switch to @Bell for tv/internet services but not possible as Rogers is the only service provider in our apt building that offers decent internet speed. @Bell please offer Fibe in my area.

Hey @Bell and @TELUS how about you do the Canadian thing and not charge #mobile customers for going over data during the #outage ? You know you made millions from the customers that jumped from @Rogers don’t squeeze us for more $$$ during an emergency.

@Bell_Support I will say this- I have a Bell landline and it is working like a champ -obviously. Worked in the catastrophic power outage 18/19 years ago too. I will never give that up!!
