Made a programming change to my Bell Fibe TV… Instead Bell knocked out all my channels - 48 hours later and @Bell_Support has not managed to turn the service back on. Customer service is non-existent #TimeForaChange #BellSucks - anybody had a similar experience with Bell Fibe?

@Bell If you are providing the best service how can you justify charging me more for one tenth of internet speed I have unlimited 50 and you want me to pay more a speed of 5 what a joke I will be switching my services to Rogers even after the outage

@Bell_Support Please do not ask me to call your support! After wasting a lot of time that's what your live chat folks asked me to do. Although the previous live chat person was able to access it.

@Bell your customer service for mobility is the worst I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks of calling and still not able to get it done. And have requested a manager call, which apparently takes 24 hours for a call back. #garbageservice

Business wonders why anyone waits to call them. “Gee let us fix things” but @rogers, @Bell_Support @Enercare or Hydro just do not give a damn about customers. They used to be tightly regulated but now a phone call with them makes my head hurt So bad for my blood pressure.
