    @Bell You promoted your rural internet in our area. Took 2 months to get us an appointment. Just to have the technician show up and inform us the tower is at capacity. Will be months/years before we can get internet. WFH/Summer plans now out the window. Awful.

    I’ve called @bell many times in the past 2 years about taking down some very low hanging phone wires. No one has come to take a look. Do you suggest I let my 2yr old remove them (who can reach because that’s how low they are),or wait till someone gets electrocuted? @Bell_Support

    @MikeMontrealer @CRTCeng @Bell_Support Any service agreement involving rental equipment would have an outlined time-frame when said equipment needed to be returned before getting charged for it. But of course, you weren't 'told' 🙄

    .@Bell_Support has terrible customer service. I was on call for 47 minutes and talked to three people and still ended up with no internet installation or crave.

    @Bell are you having issues in Missisauga ? No internet and tv crashed twice now after reboot #bellfail
