    @Bell today someone knocked on my door offering Bell services. I had to explain to him that I had Bell cable TV, internet, and 2 cell phones for over 10 years and alm I had was headaches. Best thing I did was, 3 years ago, get rid of every Bell service I had.

    @Bell_Support I called and called , I really don't feel like explaining everything all over again just to be told that I must wait until November to get a new cellphone! Sorry I just know that there's nothing you can do to help either by the end of our conversation and you will apologize !

    Home phone not working call to get it repaired and told I can’t unless I change type of service. This was not communicated. Told if I hadn’t switched my service would just be discontinued. Had a traditional landline for a reason and change was not communicated @bell @bell_support

    Gotta love after 20 years as a customer with @bell I legit can't afford to upgrade my phone. They've made it impossible to stay under 100 a month. It's obscene. This on top of dbl charging us when we added my partner to my plan. Remember when customer loyalty meant something?

    So..... there is absolutely nothing that will convince me to EVER go back to @Bell. Every month I had to call because my bill was wrong. They would fix one month and screw up the next. The costumer service was abysmal. Rude and ignorant. They lied to me when I transferred my

    @Bell of all the internet providers, you are the most corrupt. I returned a product to you, and you still billed me for it. Called your reps who don't speak English, and they didn't help whatsoever. Congratulations on robbing Canadians since 1880.

    @Bell Should not have to rent pods. They should be included for a customer who is already paying for fibe which is the so called best internet service.
