@Bell I’ve been waiting for two weeks for a phone call from a manager…I’ve called multiple times and all your employees do is put a “note” on my file… your customer service is a joke. This is how you treat a 10+ year customer?! Wow.

@Bell_Support I pay quite a bit of money to get these games and the Hockey package. This is not a good start to the season if the 4th game of the season is 'skipped'. Why am I paying for this if You aren't providing the service?

Somehow it's worse when you use a service provider but you not only get autodial sales calls, they offer you a better deal than you are paying now and no they won't let you have the deal. @Bell_Support I'm looking at you.

Had paid Bell account via @cibc in March yet not received; CIBC was extremely helpful, non confrontational, sorted out issue at their end <5 mins...payment sent to unknown Bell account... account paid in full but phone is still locked...what now @Bell_Support @Bell_News ??

@Bell I can't even change my plan. I getting in debt and not able to cope up with payments. I can't wait to pay off the phone and switch to @TELUS or @Rogers. At least they have equally better service and affordable plans.
