@Bell_Support I am really frustrated with your service. Today was the third time in one month my appointment got rescheduled. I called in the morning to see if this is still happening and I was told yes. No one shows up and when I called they said the tech never got the order

Is it just me, or have cellphone providers gotten lazier during the pandemic, or let themselves go? Both @TELUSsupport + @Bell_Support generally only have one bar of service - in the city centre of Ottawa - and calls usually go straight to VM. Too much to ask to have coverage?

@Bell how can you leave an 87+ yr old couple without phone service until Tuesday. This has been an ongoing issue that they've reported several times. These wonderful people do not have cell phones, that is why they pay for home line service. @CBCNS @CBC
