@Bell Seriously!!!! 😡They should be included. What kind of service is it, if I can't use it in my entire house in the first place. 👎

  • thenewkid thenewkid (@thenewkid) reported

Took @Bell_Support 2 days to lose a new customer. Putting this out there for anyone who may be interested in switching to them. ‘Share’ Unlimited plans can not be shared with BYOD (tablets, hotspots, etc). You must purchase these devices directly from @Bell.

@Bell_Support Ironic this happened the week my welcome credits expired and my bill doubled. So we had a chat specialist who doesn't know how his own system works, level 1 phone support who doesn't know how to do her job... I can save @Bell_Support time (and myself $$) by calling cancellations

Just called @Bell_Support after chatting with an agent. The idiot in chat marked my issue as resolved. No... I just couldn't reconnect with him before he went home because his advice was ****.

@Bell Lol bell. Hey guys, your prices don't make sense. I actually laughed at your pricing. It's a joke. TOO EXPENSIVE. Not a bit either... Like double what I'm paying now for the same service. Rip off.

@Bell Get the scumy **** they did in my area. They just called their regular cable internet Fibe(TM) and charged us all for fibre optic prices I was paying more than $100 for under 5mb a second. One of the worst and greediest companies in Canada.
