    @Bell_Support my household has experienced a DSL* outage each of the past 5 days, starting between 10:30 and 11:00am and lasting for 2 to 4 hours. Modem fails to pull sync during the time period, and then recovers. What gives?

    up&down service all week. 36 hours w no tv,no notice when service was restored, loss of 30$ online during an interaction when service cut, Interruption to 2 work meetings, overage on data plan bc I had to use data when I had no wifi. Rogers offer? 21$. @RogersHelps @Bell ? Hello?

    @Bell_Support Been experiencing a full FIBE outage since 1600 yesterday, have been given two ETAs for service resumption that have passed and still no service. West Kitchener N2E area. What is the issue and what is true ETA for resolution?

    @NewfieHabsGurl @Bell_Support When I cancelled my cell service with Bell to switch to Telus, i gave them the opportunity to KEEP my business the Bell CS agent told me "Good Luck with them" instead of "how can we keep your business"
