    @Bell_Support @Bell I still have no internet/wifi/tv services since regaining power Sat May 21st at 5pm!! Now I’m receiving notices from my cell phone provider (not Bell) that I’m about to go over my data cellular data usage 😡. My condo building is without BELL service yet ROGERS service is fine.

    @sammh20fall @Bell_Support They’ve been having network failure ongoing since the beginning of the month, and haven’t said a word about it. It took almost an hour of me pressing a phone agent for what info I could get on the manner, and she said she was told by her manager “everyone” had been informed.

    @Bell_Support Been out of power since Friday like many but Bell services kept working, now today TV doing same as last Monday & Bell not answering DM...why is it down now?

    @Bell @Bell_Support is terrible! We have not had internet in over 36 hours and they have not given us any estimated time as to when it will come back either. My husband works from home, yes even on long weekends!! Horrible customer service!!

    @Bell_Support Ok, that’s storm damage.. But what about the massive outages/malfunctions with your hardware that has been ongoing since the beginning of the month leaving Bell customers and other carriers customers without reliable internet access?

    @Bell_Support @Bell My condo in Etobicoke has had no internet/wifi/tv service since 5pm on Sat May 21st yet residents with ROGERS are fine. Infuriating on a long weekend. 😡

    @RogersHelps Cmon Rogers, day 3 no service. No communication. We need service for work. Seriously considering taking our 400+ monthly budget and switching to @Bell!!

    @Bell_Support Bell Let’s Talk-For a company that so pro communication in times of crisis, you’re horrible at it. My guess is you wouldn’t pay to have your social media ppl work on a STAT.

    @Bell_Support Bell landline has been down since yesterday. Worked fine before hydro restored power. Did something get crossed somewhere during repairs?
