JayDam (@JayDam77) reported@Bell You really need to clean up your device return wording and warn people what happens: like you will slap the device return amount on peoples bills a month before you say you will, which for people on credit caps cuts off their service forcing them to buy out the phone. Shady.

M McKenzie (@BCKenzee) reported@ThinkSayMakeDo @Bell It shuts itself off or reboots itself (really annoying when you're on a call), it hangs up calls, volume turns itself up & down, battery drains fairly quickly, it freezes frequently. I'll never buy Samsung again.

miltee (@miltee_tdot) reported@WillyMumbles @Rogers 💯. I canceled my cellular services with them years ago over these arbitrary overcharges. @Bell never does this. My internet is the last service I have with them and that too will be gone very soon, since Bell Fibe is fully in my area.

missiceblast (@missiceblast) reported@Bell_Support There have been numerous technicians, numerous escalated calls to customer service, numerous times we have asked for refunding for internet. The point is, GET FIBER OUT PAST NORTH AUGUSTA ON JELLYBY ROAD.
