@Bell_Support Yet #starlink works flawlessly. Get rid of this shifty company, shifty service and shifty staff. Boot them to the curb.

  • lavallee_terry Terry LaVallee (@lavallee_terry) reported

@Bell They should be standard. If your service does not provide coverage in the home as per advertised over the last two years, these devices to repeat your signals should just come free of charge. My understanding is that other service providers will include for free.

  • seanatis Sean (@seanatis) reported

@Bell Shouldn't have to pay extra for your internet service to reach all over your home. @Rogers offers theirs free of charge.

  • NGriveos nate Griveos (@NGriveos) reported

@Bell_Support You did a horrible job keeping Quebec and Ontario connected. You're quick is sub-standard. Be better. Do better. Follow any one of your major competitors on how to keep people connected after a little wind and snow dump.

  • papariotro Papario (@papariotro) reported

Why does @bell have an online chat feature for customer support, but @BellAliant doesn’t? I hate calling to resolve issues due to my stuttering.

  • NGriveos nate Griveos (@NGriveos) reported

@Bell_Support Why is bell the only service provider having major issues in Quebec and Toronto with internet/wifi? I think I will switch to a competitor who is more stable after a small snow storm of 25 cm.

  • JamalStackIts JamalStackIts (@JamalStackIts) reported

My internet is going to be bussin now! 1500mb down and 950 up for an extra $5....was at 500 and 500. What a deal @Bell !!!

  • TOSportsAdam Adam (@TOSportsAdam) reported

@Bell Don’t worry I already got rid of my bell service because it’s horrible.

  • LcMillar LCMillar (@LcMillar) reported

@Bell_Support are you having a Canadian wide outage? It would nice if you would update all customers and provide transparency to what is happening.

  • klfarouse Lisa (@klfarouse) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell The internet has been down since 2pm.. why is it taking so long
