Sadly, though, I have to switch because @Bell_MTS's network is ending. I was told this would be straightforward. It is not. Right now I'm researching my options because in person, on the phone or via DM, @bell and @Bell_Support have been so extremely unhelpful.

@Bell I have been having a serious of disconnections since I signed up for Fibe. Same issues over and over (errors 2000 and 1202). Customer service has been helpful but only providing temporary fix.

@Bell_Support It is only my 2nd bill from Bell, & already the 2nd issue. You added a $50 connection fee on my 1st bill, even thought your agent assured me that it was waived. Your phone support promised to escalate and call back, but they never did.

@bell I find it funny you expect my payment on a specific day or I get hit with late fees. You owe me approximately 50 dollars and I am expected to wait for three months to be my money. I feel I have the right to charge you late fees also. #bell worst company on the planet

Hey @Bell_Support looks like there is a service disruption in my area, who would have thought? Not like I suggested that to your tech support who was too lazy or didn't have the tools to check. Maybe you start listening to the people you're trying to 'help'

I shouldn't have to go to the store *AGAIN* to get this resolved. But this is the only help I'm being offered. Again, why should I be a @bell customer if the support on my first day as a customer has been so bad? If @bell_mts were keeping their mobility network, I'd never leave.
