    As a Saskatchewan resident, I never expected to be contemplating switching to Rogers Wireless. But @Bell, your latest decision to cap the amount of data one can use on hotspot in a month is downright boneheaded and @TELUS is no better (having made the same decision).

    @Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!

    @Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.

    @Bell_Support your customer service is abysmal. I spoke to robots, was transferred to multiple different departments, spent a LONG time on hold, then got disconnected TWICE, and still haven’t solved the problem. It’s been an hour. Why is your service dept outsourced like this??

    @Reil76 @Bell None of them care. Rogers billing issue but I can't get a human. On hold forever then call gets cut off because they have higher than normal call volume. I'll just not pay and I guarantee someone will call me.

    After having dealt with the recent products and services of @Bell I see why your stock price has been a dog for half a decade. Down -47% in 5 years and management doesn’t take the hint. Your company invented the telephone. Do better.

    @Bell @NormDevine Don’t bother Norm. They’re just going to tell you there’s a problem and there’s no timetable for a fix and that you should contact Golf Channel support
