I was told by the store staff that I can only contact @Bell through phone numbers to arrange my cancellation services.

We call again and have to file another claim. Someone hacked our account and ordered a phone, using bells terms and authentication.

After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didnโt bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet.
