@SueAnnLevy @Bell File a complaint with the CCTS. At least they'll have to respond and compensate you.

  • eyelovebeer 🇨🇦Don’t worry, be happy 😊 (@eyelovebeer) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Bell is crap, they raise their rates every 3-4 months. It took over an hour to cancel it. We went with Carry tel.. no issues so far.

  • TLLSeanTaylor Sean (@TLLSeanTaylor) reported

I hate @bell man 20 mins to kick off and the Fibe TV is down?? Internet still working though like wtf all i wanted to do was watch football #bellfibe #bell

  • JanashJsha Janas Visvanathan (@JanashJsha) reported

@Bell🐢 response to bad call issues has been disappointing. I had good service before, but moving to a new connection has been rough. No real @Bell_Support from technicians. Not recommending for now might be better to try other carriers for faster service.

  • notwoke78 End_wokism (@notwoke78) reported

@Rogers needs to start hiring Canadians at their Support centre. Going from one immigrant to another to another. Not understanding what they’re talking about .They don’t know what they’re talking about is very frustrating. Had an I’ve had enough and will switch to @Bell !

  • SueAnnLevy Sue-Ann Levy (@SueAnnLevy) reported

@jeffreyroberts @Bell That is exactly why we switched. Our reception was terrible. Internet kept going down. And the technician needed to access the box in the backyard of our awful neighbours.

  • CMacMillan0 Claude (@CMacMillan0) reported

@bell why every time I get one of your employees to come to my house it smells like the haven’t showered in months and they **** it up so I have to let more of your stinky ******* workers in my house.

  • punkeewalla Punkeewalla (@punkeewalla) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell I bounced back and forth since the 90s. I am with Rogers now. I agree that Bell customer service sucks and it's the main reason I switched this time.

  • 1295QueenVic 29Cloverdale (@1295QueenVic) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell Wait till you have to deal with their customer service based 100% in the Philippines plus their reception is a disaster

  • nyogen_ Jake (@nyogen_) reported

@SueAnnLevy @Bell A few years ago someone who worked for Bell told me to choose the 'French' option on the phone. It's the only way you'll get a customer service rep within Canada and most of them can speak English.
