Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

Suddenly Bell sent me an overage bill, they changed my plan and didn't tell me. Then expected me to pay overages. I escalated for a week, NOBODY would fix my account. @Bell

Just signed up at cottage with EBox for 500 meg speed for $45, bell internet price was $75 for both 500M and 1.5G. Called Bell for home and asked for a better deal and they would only go down to $90. I said my next call will be to cancel .

R L (@Lak3) reported@AminSheivari @Bell_Support @Bell They use to use Canadian call centers and then they laid everyone off and outsourced their customer service to the Philippines. We cancelled bell because of how terrible their service is.
