Hi @Bell ! Do you think there should be any reproductions for businesses who say "I promise you, this time we are not going to let you down. You have my word, the technician will show up and fix all your problems". And then the technician doesn't show up again? Just curious.

@traceykayy @Bell_Support Bell Support acknowledged I was part of a larger system outage and recommended occasionally rebooting modem to time see if technicians have restored service..DM them ( @Bell_Support ) with your phone or account number, they’re very responsive

@Bell_Support Not only your tech support is condescending as hell, you also leave your customers without services for over 24 hours in the same area where the Rogers already has theirs? The sign to switch over is here I guess.

@Bell I even said "please don't make promises you aren't going to keep" and they said "trust me, its a promise" and I said "can we make sure to keep these chat logs so that I can reference them when you inevitably let me down again". Because this is exactly what happened.
