Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Jackseltje 🐾 Jacksel 🐾 (@Jackseltje) reported

@pjug641 @Slootbag @Bell_Support The (online) game he was playing seemed to have 0 issues with it, but Twitch deffo did

  • mike_collinge Michael Collinge (@mike_collinge) reported

@Bell_Support Wow, Bell's technician failed to actually install Bell's services in November 2022 and @Bell_Support is just making this discovery today! Let that sink in for a customer's first experience with @Bell_Support

  • willise414 SWXT (@willise414) reported

@Bell_Support No concerns at all about the service. Rogers is just offering something much better for new customers that is half the price of what I pay now.

  • EntropyOnline Stewart (@EntropyOnline) reported

@Bell_Support @Slootbag "Hello Ted, please stop roasting us in public and let us not help you in DMs"

  • Ty_Thompson Ty (@Ty_Thompson) reported

@subluxt @Slootbag @Bell_Support I'd assume the line noise would affect both download and upload in a test unless the stars aligned for that brief moment while testing. I had a twisted pair line noise issue two weeks ago. Took me forever to figure it out.

  • stillbaking Suze (@stillbaking) reported

@Bell_Support I mean, my mom went and let her use her cell and got the issue fixed but a single woman who is older in age, and who made the effort to go IN PERSON to one of your retail locations and was told she has to go home and call (with no working phone because that is the issue) is bad.

  • SlowPokeCrtns Courtney Mahoney (@SlowPokeCrtns) reported

@Bell_Support any updates on the outage in K0H 2N0 area? Lost phone and internet during the night. Placed ticket and got call back that it was a larger scale outage.

  • stillbaking Suze (@stillbaking) reported

@Bell_Support But again those methods all require either working cell or internet, none of which she had because your service was down. The point is she went IN PERSON for help and was told they couldn’t help her unless she had tried virtual means first. There should be a work around!

  • treyya Tracy Crawford #nastywoman (@treyya) reported

@Bell could you please reconnect the cable bundle down on the corner of Maley St and Grenville St in Kemptville, ON? It's a hazard among other things!

  • AmericanCdn Mike 🇺🇸🇨🇦 (@AmericanCdn) reported

Well, looks like I’m on the clock. I have 7 days to decide whether to subscribe to #Starlink or lose my place in line. Is it worth sending money to a Musky company (I mean, I am still on Twitter too), because @Bell sucks and won’t bring me Fibe from across the road? 🤔
