@Bell_Support Any internet issues in Truro? I have almost zero upload. Download is fine. Nothing different with my usage or setup. I did a reboot of modem. Still almost no upload speed.

@Bell_Support I have never been so frustrated with a company then I am right now. How the hell do you guys give an order # then lose the order, and then make it seem that I'm the crazy one. I have proof yet that's not enough!..sighhhh.. unbelievable. I need to find a new company

I've done it... Put in an order for @StarlinkPage. Monthly is $130+tax I can't believe @bell kept trying to upsell me on 50mbps down/10 up for $150+tax. I would have jumped at a $20/mo credit but you still don't think StarLink is a threat to your business.

Did I mention that #TheSource has lousy customer service and a ridiculous return policy! I have now waited 15 days since my returned item has reached their offices. @Bell #subsiduary

@Bell_Support @Bell @CRTCeng you guys have the worst tech support team. I've spoken to more employees at your company than mine within the last week and half still no one is able to fix my internet issues. Do I need to file a formal complaint to get someone to resolve it???

@bell @ExperTechSA You need to train your agents better too because they claimed the 3200MHz service is more reliable and will never drop. Obviously they've never used LoS technology and how much voodoo it is.

It would be great if @TSN_Sports #TSNDirect worked. Instead I get a bunch of spinning wheels followed by errors. Doesn’t matter if I’m on wifi, 5G or LTE. iPad, iPhone, & PC on each channel. Why have I paid for this if I can’t use it? I see it’s not just me. @Bell_Support
