@Bell_Support asking for the payment to be made for the services which I haven’t used at all. Now tell me what to do? I’m getting depressed due to this issue.

@Bell_Support My condo building (10 queens quay west) recently switched from rogers to bell. What a disaster. Every day get choppy/frozen tv signals. Not a day goes by we don't get the "uh oh...something went wrong" blue screen. Any chance we can get reliable tv service here?

@Bell Bell sucks. Worsted service I've ever had. Best move over made was to drop them and move to another provider.

@Bell I waited 10 hours for your technician today to set up my services. All to be left at the alter. Called and after 1.5 hours was finally told, they’ll “likely” come by late next week..... just glorious customer service from a communications company.

@Bell_Support If I send a file to someone with Bell internet, it goes 1gig. If I send a file to someone with Shaw, Rogers, Telus, etc... it goes 20mbps. Problem isn't in my house or in my neighbourhood, it's the routing.

Dear @Bell Landline costing over $75/month is unconscionable. Changing to VoIP shortly...my folks will never even notice.

@Bell My 1gig service is more like 20meg service when connecting to something outside the bell network. Can't VPN to work. You back end is bottle necked.

I've never had a problem with service from @bell until now. Being told I need to sign up for a more expensive plan to upgrade my phone is rather disappointing.
