    Hey @bell @bell_support you said it would take 60 days to get a cheque for the credit you owe me. Called to speak to a customer service rep and they confirmed 60 days. Then told me I have to wait another 4 to 6 weeks because the process hasn’t started.

    1/3 - Apologize in advance for the service rant but here we go. We moved to our home 2 years ago & had @rogers tv & internet. Although expensive, have been generally happy with their service. Recently @Bell put in fiber optics in the whole area. They came door to door

    Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

    @Bell I have issue with speed, Cus agent defending without understanding my concern . Just reading the script and suggestion. 1.5Gbps plan getting 85, 150,260 mbps.Less than 20%.She told this is what I can assist. Poor customer support.
