@Bell I had the pleasure of talking to your customer service, billing and loyalty depts within the last 3 months. I must say they all are terrible and so poor. On the lookout for a new provider!! Pathetic

  • theDread theDread (@theDread) reported

@Bell_Support Why is bell even setting the time on my iPhone? I’m pretty sure Apple is perfectly capable of handling this on their own, or is just another way of Bell repackaging an existing service to justify their ridiculous rates. Like disabling hotspot and then charging to turn it on.

  • jaygauthieroff1 Jay Gauthier 🇨🇦 (@jaygauthieroff1) reported

@Bell_Support fix your servers, been having troubles connecting to the internet since this morning

  • verolin_ 𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕚𝕔𝕒 (@verolin_) reported

@Bell online customer service blamed the time change mistake on iPhones and not themselves. Chatted with someone today and they kept pushing the blame away from BELL and onto iPhones @Apple

@Bell_Support internet has been down 10 hours and no ETA on the outage. Ridiculous.

Hey @Bell, don't **** up this time. Can't be an hour late for my job 2 days in a row. Some of us aren't millionaires with job security like some people.

  • TyrellLisson Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported

@Bell_Support I pay a lot for fast, reliable fibre internet and your online chat says there is a random outage and that it could take 48 hours to fix. How do I work for the next two days?
