.@Bell_Support only one day into 2 year contract and already having issues with Bell service. Not a great start. Wasn't told I wouldn't have access to change equipment default settings for a week. Don't want to switch my smart devices to new wifi, as I can't change admin password

  • HashtagKyle Kyle he/they (@HashtagKyle) reported

Looking to move away from @virginplus and try a new internet provider. Anyone have any suggestion? I’m downtown #Toronto. @Bell is affiliated w Virgin and I know their service is even worse so I won’t be trying them.

  • rob_d1nero BLOODLIN3 (@rob_d1nero) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support Internet down yet again since Tuesday. Why are damaged lines not a priority? Idk who runs the show for the service repairs department, but keeping loyal customers hanging like this is definitely not the way...#Bell is the absolute worst.. #BellOutage

  • Fini17 Fini17 (@Fini17) reported

@Bell_Support What's the deal with this outage? Been down since 3AM. Lost time for work and been zero updates on when it will be restored. Compensation should be given for this nonsense.

  • RochBourassa Roch Bourassa 🍁 (@RochBourassa) reported

@Bell_Support suggestion: use an outage map similar to @HydroOne [assuming that you will also notify on here that the outage has been resolved]

  • Chirpy_V Veronica Logan (@Chirpy_V) reported

@Bell_Support at what point will compensation be given to those in east York for the service outage!?? It’s been 3 days!!!!! I don’t want apologies. Show us you are accountable and care.

  • HudsonHMack Hudson Mack (@HudsonHMack) reported

@Bell_Support Customers in Saanich BC have been experiencing service disruptions since May. Oh wait, you’ve known about that for months.

  • 15secondspot Will Sealy (@15secondspot) reported

@Bell_Support It's been 4 days without internet. You still haven't updated your outage page. I don't believe your tweet.

  • MathieuBoivin9 Mathieu Boivin (@MathieuBoivin9) reported

@Bell The sollicitation by agents going door to door is insufferable. I will go out of my way to never do business with Bell.

  • mikekujawski Mike Kujawski (@mikekujawski) reported

@Bell_Support Thanks, had a tech come in. Tested the light and found no issues. If it happens again, he said they'll replace the modem. I think it was a random service disruption based on some of the other user comments I found.
