    @nurse_stancy @Bell_Support @Bell Seeing as to how this is my first Bell Fibe TV issue in years, yeah, I don’t see this being a big issue. I have other viewing options and other options to occupy my time. My frustration comes not from whether or not Bell has an outage.

    @Bell_Support What is the issue and when will it be resolved? Don’t care about your app. I care about customer service and you’re failing miserably.

    @fatimamelendez @Bell_Support As far as I know, the 4K is the PVR for recording, and the HD is just a dummy terminal. I wasn't able to access my recording, but both were able to access live program... until I reboot both to try to fix the problem, then they are now both stuck on the Bell Fibe Blue screen.

    @Tribute2016dm @Bell_Support Ontario and Quebec are down. Watch on a device (bell fibe app) or on your laptop. We'll have to wait until bell resolves the issue
