Hey @Bell, perhaps lay off showing me all the iPhone 14 Pro ads while people here cannot connect to your network because you are not willing to put sufficient backup power on your sites three years after promising to do better after Dorian happened? #FionaFail #WeCanDoBetter

I live in a 39 unit townhouse and @bell has been trying to bring fibre in for quite some time. Initially looking for 60+% customer threshold to install. They’ll accept at 0 customers now that it’s being funded by @CanadianPM. Tax $ at work.

@Bell_Support Really Validation? My grandmother called with me on the phone 4 times today and the last agent said he added notes that said I would have no problems returning the $8000 of hardware your representative fraudently sent but that was a lie too! Validate how you protect seniors!

@Bell @TIFF_NET How about you skip TOFF and the carbon neutral stuff until you get your customer service together? Still on hold.

Hey @Bell, why do you refuse to allow loyal current customers to enjoy the same Fibe 1.5Gbps 60$/m deal you are advertising to new customers? Even your loyalty department refuses to honour it. This is actively discouraging customer loyalty!

That’s a low blow @Bell offering extra data to #HurricaneFiona customers, only to find out you have to also be an internet subscriber to be eligible? Also got a sales pitch when contacting support? Not the right time!

@Bell why am I still waiting to talk to a rep after 1 hour? Maybe I should just unplug all of your crap, get a new provider and not pay you anymore? You can't provide customer service. Your music SUCKS and has static to make us hang up. Step it up, for Pete's sake.
