@Bell_Support @Bell I still have no internet/wifi/tv services since regaining power Sat May 21st at 5pm!! Now I’m receiving notices from my cell phone provider (not Bell) that I’m about to go over my data cellular data usage 😡. My condo building is without BELL service yet ROGERS service is fine.

@Bell_Support Bell Let’s Talk-For a company that so pro communication in times of crisis, you’re horrible at it. My guess is you wouldn’t pay to have your social media ppl work on a STAT.

@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell we have rebooted our modem and fibe tv. Still nothing and although your support people told us there’s an outage in our area you website says there’s not. When will service be restored? Do I have to wait on hold for 2 hours for an answer?

@Bell_Support No internet. Electricity back last night. Cellular back around 6pm on May 22. Meanwhile I'm with Rogers for cellular for work and no issues throughout. Please bring back internet for K1J. Also phone line for the area. My senior mom (87) has no way of communicating.
