@Bell is someone looking at internet issues? I'm in Victoria BC and have no internet.

  • RolandCsach roland csach (@RolandCsach) reported

@peterfromottawa @tamimsab @Bell Lol. You do know that TekSavvy piggy back off Rogers and Bell. They have no actual service to offer. They also offer the same fiber connection if it's available since their service is through Bell in the first place. Tech support is also done by Rogers or Bell technicians.

  • EJCone Eric Cone (@EJCone) reported

@J821206 @Bell_Support Same with us Jason. Just dropped about 20 mins ago. On the line with Bell who are saying this is a larger outage

  • J821206 Jason Lim (@J821206) reported

@Bell_Support my internet has been down since 10:30am, L9G in Ancaster. The modem says it’s a 1201 error. When are we expected back online?

@Bell_Support no internet and Tv in baseline ottawa? called bell this morning said there is no issue?!

  • RolandCsach roland csach (@RolandCsach) reported

@peterfromottawa @tamimsab @Bell I've also had both and would wait days for tech support to arrive because Rogers and Bell customers get priority. Fibe is the name for the service but it only works if your building is equipped with fiber. While Bell is terrible, the service and speed over fiber is unmatched.

  • RolandCsach roland csach (@RolandCsach) reported

@peterfromottawa @Bell The lag is likely to do more with your building than the service. One of my previous apartment was a black hole for wifi. If you're gaming try using a hardwired connection to the router.

@Bell I have to admit.. your customer service is horrible. 3 times I get transferred to someone from the online chat and they hang-up on me. The funny part, I am trying to upgrade my service and pay more money to Bell and I get treated like this..

  • nick182002 alexändr (@nick182002) reported

@Bell_Support My internet in Montreal has been out for 2 days now. This is unacceptable! I spent an hour on the phone for nothing, and they said they would send me a technician. The technician appointment was cancelled since Bell is "looking into the issue". Still not working!

  • sunshiinebae Chloé Bee (@sunshiinebae) reported

@Bell_Support 38hrs without internet in Montreal. Ridiculous that when I called they had no information to give me other than "we're aware of the issue". Can we just have an estimate of when it will be resolved?
