    @Bell_Support I doubt it. Rep told me it was my mistake that I signed up for service last year, and that changing my services was unreasonable. I told him the world changes fast, he agreed, and told me to wait out the contract and change providers, but that the grass isn't always greener.

    @Bell_Support your service is the absolute worst. From being hung up on by your customer "service" agents when I ask to speak to a supervisor, to the fact your garbage internet never stays connected to my devices, 0/10 I would recommend to anyone I care about.

    @Bell_Support Ryan then hung up on me and showed no empathy nor problem solution towards my issue, and refused to let me speak with another associate. I am completely baffled and disgusted after being a loyal customer for nearly 4 years. Please contact me.

    @Bell Just spoke to a mgr who clearly had no authority or resourcefulness to resolve my issue. It is so frustrating, and you would never see such treatment in any other service industry.

    @TekSavvyCSR @Bell_Support It'd be nice if @Bell_Support actually answered. I tried calling them and they said since I wasn't a customer they can't help me... even tho it's their workers

    @Bell_Support Ryan then proceeded to say I can cancel my service to cancel the order and he could not cancel the order of my new device regardless of the mislead information provided since dec 3

    My @Bell bill continues to rise. Called them today to renegotiate. Internet (only use), TV, and phone costs $130. Cancel all but Internet? $130. I've decided, when @SpaceXStarlink comes to my area, I'll gladly pay whatever the upfront equipment cost is just to off Bell for good.
