    @Bell Absolute worse internet provider I have dealt with. They have the worse equipment. My wifi in the same room has modem loses hundreds of mb/s. oh and all they say is wired speed. Well wifi should not drop that bad right beside the modem.

    Can somebody explain why I am paying for internet and tv from @Bell_Support that never works?its really disappointing the quality of service and customer service they provide. The only solution I am ever given is reset the router. It never works and they dont care to help further

    @Bell_Support Can you get your s**** together and STOP OUTSOURCING tech support! 1st rep promised a technician today, we cancelled our plan to find out the appointment was NOT scheduled, had to call to rep #2 and now no more technicians available. WHAT THE HECK!

    @bell_support Confirmed with @sonimtech today they need to be sent back through Bell. @sonimtech says have Bell rep call them. Local Bell store says they can't do anything. It shouldn't be this hard. Please help?

    @rogers I would like internet please. Why can't a tech get scheduled to my unit??? Did I tell you the building is under contract with @Rogers too? Crazy huh? Maybe @Bell can help instead?

    @Bell_Support is it just with me or the customer service with Smart Home is disrespectful and horrible with everybody else? Not sure how u can operate. More than 2 waiting for cameras install. People don’t show up or bring wiring product.
