Internet doesn’t work sometimes for hours, wireless home phone picks up other’s conversations or gives faxing noise when making a call but that’s apparently not your problems. Wonder if @Bell has better service?

Not only did "Loyalty" hang up on me the first time and not call back, but they mixed up our contracts and refused to do anything to remedy the situation. Guess I'm out an extra $200 for a phone that's much older than the buyout said.
