@Bell How about your off shore pathetic customer service? Its a disgrace to even call them customer service. The very reason I discontinued my internet/cellular services from Bell and moved back to Rogers

  • Udabest_1 Tony Bologna (@Udabest_1) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Checked your website and your outage map. Do customers deserve an accurate outage map and updates on what districts are being worked on? Heading into a work week after a storm that will have cities request people 2 work from home, do customers deserve timely updates?

  • LoonieGuy ⚡️David L🐟 (@LoonieGuy) reported

leaving Rogers after 25+ years for @Bell_Support was a serious mistake ... the ABSOLUTE worst 😡

  • Signals613 BCKan (@Signals613) reported

@Dude62261752 @Bell_Support They will never publicly say what's going on. All I know is service is great during the storm (cudos to them) and many hours later, the sun is out, and they go down. No explanation...nothing. They are using the storm as an excuse. Storm was long gone. What's going on Bell?

  • kim_canuck kima (@kim_canuck) reported

@Bell_Support Service restored about an hour ago in the J9H area

  • NikkiWhalen10 Nikki Whalen (@NikkiWhalen10) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell I have called Bell daily since Friday evening and been told “It will be fixed tomorrow morning.” My service has not been fixed. Working from home. Impossible. Unacceptable. Zero accountability.

@Bell could you explain to me why after been a customer for more than a few years when I upgrade my phone I must pay a 50$ fee plus 50$ to change my plan to a corporate plan, plus’s a 35$ fee lol and than on top my bill is gonna be 140? #MondayThoughts #money #CostOfLivingCrisis

  • zer0ish84 zer0ish (@zer0ish84) reported

@Bell_Support why does LTE and LTE+ not give me data/internet? I've done all basic troubleshooting. My Rogers phone in the same areas didn't have any issues also on LTE and LTE+. Did I make a mistake in changing my mobile service providers?

@Bell_Support Still waiting, had a technician show up, but he can’t fix it. Where is your service? This is dangerous

  • xanten_11 jamey lamothe (@xanten_11) reported
