@kellie_parks @blueprintbrian @Bell My hubby has been having similar issues with Rogers. Think maybe the whole ISP world should be disrupted.

@Bell who do I have to contact for fibre to the unit? Located in Mile-End Montreal and there is definitely fibre to neighbouring buildings. Hard to get online support to be useful.

So @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support I changed my DNS settings on my modem, and my home phone goes down? In what world is my phone using DNS? Very annoyed with this. I should be able to pick a reliable DNS of my own choice or use my own DNS server. What are my options?

@vesper1978 @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Well their stuff says its not VOIP. I wont argue, but in any event it's a known issue apparently with Home Hub 4000 and trying to use an internal DNS. Solution seems to be to turn off their DHCP and use my own.

@Bell_Support Fibe Internet has been down since 3AM (Montreal)... Error 2000: can't connect to Bell servers. TV service works. Tried to reboot modem, same result...

Metanoia (@HopeBurnzBlue) reported
@Bell_Support No, the very swift 12 hour response time was long enough for the problem to correct itself.

WoolyBugger (@Trader53N113W) reported
@Bell your satellite system never works consistently. In YEG, Sportsnet isn’t working again.

@Bell_Support Turns out you are just useless in DM as on a public tweet. More than 5 years and just as opaque as ever, with hand wavy ‘plans’ confirming your poor reputation.
