    @TruthFringe @BlueJays @Bell Thing is Primus is actually owned by Bell so a Bell Tech came to do the switch from Bell to Primus. When the CRTC ordered Bell to offer wholesale access to the existing fibre network, Bell just started buying up smaller ISPs.

    @Highteaspeaks @Bell I honestly don't know how you guys land yourself in some unnecessary bills or plan. There other mobile service provider outthere for as low as $38 ..only home service (internet) should be that expensive

    Can anyone suggest a cell phone company that isn't @Bell or @Rogers so I can get competent customer service? I'm tired to being lied to and taken for a fool with bullshit misinformation about monthly billing?

    @Bell_Support . Our internet is down and my roommate cannot schedule a technician to come fix it because he’s not authorized on the account. I’m overseas l, do not have working phone so I cannot phone you. I’ve tried the chat 5x and it’s not working. How can I add him?

    @Bell why does it take 3 hrs at a phone store to get a new phone. Stop treating customers as a burden and phone purchase /migration as a complex issue. I can buy a phone in any other country in 15mins.
