Hey @BELL, What’s going on with your service in #Oshawa - constantly dropping to 3G… (not even LTE!) I’m paying for 5G service & the mobile data is acting up - so slow that I get “timed out”

Dear @Bell @BellMediaPR, my 80 year old grandma who has been a paying customer to Bell (only "service" provider) for 60 years cannot use her landline on rain days because of a horrible hum on the line. Her landline is her only means of communication!!! @LisaLaFlamme_

@Bell we’ve got a problem. I returned a modem via Canada Post for my dad, & now you’re trying to bill him for it. He got a delivery confirmation from Canada Post. I personally dropped it off at the Post Office. Find the modem or we’re going to contact @PatForanCTVNews for help.
