@Bell_Support This is ridiculous, we pay way too much money for this service to be given little to no information nor notification (email or text) that there has been a HUGE interruption. How long is this going to take? Any timeline on full restoration of serivces? Will we be credited?

@Dreaming_Flames @dak435 @Bell_Support Nothing implied bro. I used the fibe app for a while and tried the 5 second reset during the F1 rain delay, and it worked. It’s clearly a widespread network issue with different results.

@Bell_Support I've tried calling but your recording says you aren't taking calls (???) And to come on here but your tweet suggests its only satellite. How am I to know now if this is the same issue or not?
