    @Bell U only provided road blocks & not solutions. I asked u to reach out to my husband directly but u said he needs to call customer service which has been the problem we’re trying to avoid. No. I asked 4 a diff # 4 him to call instead of generic customer service, but no 2 that too.

    I have been a loyal returning customer at @RogersHelps for 7 yrs straight, been on the call waiting for support for 90 min .. @Bell are you interested in good customers ?

    @Bell i just had the most horrendous, time-consuming and frustrating experience today. Several operators, placed on hold repetitively, and even hung up on by one. Impossible to speak to a supervisor. 3hrs of my day gone. And issue never resolved.

    @Lenageeh @Bell_Support FYI, I had cogeco once before. Never had any issues. Customer service was solid. Definitely have a look into them.

    @Bell after 30 plus years it’s sad that you were unable to match the plan I have been offered by Rogers. I tried retention and customer service. If there’s nothing you can do it’s sad to end this relationship. #bell #bellmobility
