    Anyone in Calgary have a @TELUSsupport outage today? @Bell was out for about 1hr think of switching back to Telus. I use my phone 12hrs a day at work. 20gb of data per month. Can’t work if I don’t have data.

    @Bell_Support Seriously, you had no idea this was happening? Bell network was down for 2 hours. It's all working now. Go back to whatever you were doing while we were trying to find answers.

    @Bell somehow your customer service is so incompetent that they literally can not figure out how to redirect my phone call to the business department. We are redirection #4 with no luck! Incredible company!

    @Bell why is home phone so expensive? It used to be $20/m and now over $50/tax for basic. I've been a loyal subscriber to bell since early 90s and I have never been so disappointed. I cancelled my service b/c apparently you don't value customer loyalty anymore and service sucks
