    @Bell_Support agent playbook: yell at your customers and tell them that it's ok, we will fix this sometime...we don't know when. Tell me I'm lucky to even be speaking to them. Customer service score would be -10 if I could. I'm literally flabbergasted.

    Hey @Bell_Support... I'm trying to access my account. I can log in, but then everything goes blank at the "my bills" section of my account. Is your customer portal down?

    @Bell I had bell internet it was not reliable. Service interruptions, speeds were so slow at most times..

    @Bell_Support @Blacktranscandy I spent a documented 27 hours on the phone with you to finally be told tough luck you can't get US stations on Bell Unlimited Wireless Home Internet. This is not accurate. Nice people. No help.
