    @RogersHelps Just switched to @RogersHelps home internet from @Bell a few months back and this is the second time it has gone out for more than 4 hours. This time it was 12 hours! What gives? Absolute garbage internet service!

    @ryangerritsen @Bell Cancelled them recently. Roger’s came to the door and threw down some offers. I moved the internet plus 4 cell phones. I save 100 a month. Bell kept raising my cell phones. I called them about it multiple times. See you later @bell

    @Bell @Ombudsman_OBSI My mobile cost went up. Called twice only way to get a cheaper plan is to get a phone through them. I buy my phone's myself. Don't like contracts. They blamed the increase on the war! Called Telus and saved $37 a month. No more loyalty, Bell sucks!

    @Bell_Support @Bell If your strategy was to roll out a stinker of an AI customer service replacement and frustrate long time customers Congrats, you’ve succeeded! I always longed for a $130/mo service supported by low IQ robots, sending callers back to the main menu 10x 😖😡

    @Bell what a joke my service for 3 lines have been out 4 days and there’s no one helping or no solution in sight @rogers never let this happen and where is the customer service cuz no one has any respect at your company
