    Bell, your customer service is absolutely terrible. I cancelled my service two weeks ago and you charged me this week for another month. Your online support refused to help and I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to reach you. @Bell_Support

    @Rogers @RogersHelps My MIL with Alzheimers who relies on calling her family for help 30x a day has been without a landline since Thursday morning. Earliest service call was for Saturday 2pm to 4pm and then it was cancelled. Hmmm @Bell was on my UNPLOWED street on a call.

    @Bell why is my 5G network data not working? Bill is paid, data issues for about a week now...yeah, not calling - not willing to wait 45 mins to get served. Pls let me know what is going on with network.

    employees. This is the 2nd phone call about this issue. I was promised a refund and now mysteriously no one has a record of it. Hope it’s worth losing a long time subscriber of $98! Can’t wait to call @Bell_Support for service!

    @Bell_Support Sweet. I just had the online chat guy, transfer me to a call guy, that then hung up on me by accident. Wonderful experience. Can I still access Netflix via my SmartTV app even if your receiver is a piece of **** that doesn't work any more?
