    @Bell_Support I tried the virtual assistant it said the problem was fixed and im still getting the 1009b/p error message this is so frustrating 🙃

    @Bell_Support You guys are absolutely awful. I've been sent 5 different modems, none work, internet down all day and fibe down now. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and don't use @Bell
