@Shawhelp - I pay internet just to have it cut out for close to an hour every day when I come home from work. If this continues, I’m going to ask for a discounted rate, or change providers to either @Bell or @TELUS. $110 dollars for this kind of service is uncalled for.

The told me due to some error last month that I owe 400. Idk how but I paid it down to 47. To find again the same issue apparently they didnt get my payment and I now owe 130 and then the same day 300. So in a matter of weeks Ive sent @Bell over 400 dollars.

@Bell absolutely atrocious that I can’t login to MyBell account WITHOUT A CELL PHONE. I refuse to get a cell phone just to appease your login demands. For the last 10 years I could login w/o a cell phone. If you want to get paid, I suggest you remove this immediately. Abysmal svc
