So after seeing that this 'work' (which never occured) was complete, Bell shut down our DSL line on Wednesday, Feb 16 and we've been without internet ever since. Despite many calls, @Bell_Support refuses to switch our DSL line back on (because we're now on a Fiber plan).

@Bell_Support Message sent. Great catch 22. To get account number, need internet (digital billing, yay) . But it doesn't work well right now. 5 minutes later.

According to @Bell_Support 's customer log, a tech had come on Jan 25 to switch us over to Fiber from the Copper/DSL line. This work was listed as 'complete' on Bell's log. Cool, except 1) nobody from our studio requested that 2) there was never a fiber optic line installed.

2 weeks ago, our studio internet stopped working. I called @Bell_Support to try and figure this situation out. They sent a tech the following day, who spent 4 hours looking around our studio for a fiber-optic connection. We don't have a fiber connection and never have.

@paulo_sinski @Bell_Support Signed up for a "student internet package" which was an 8 month contract. I thought it should have cancelled automatically (it didn't) which was my bad, so when I was charged in month 9 I called, paid the bill and cancelled. We moved out of the place and they continued to bill
