@Bell I’ve repeatedly been the victim of identity theft at bell. They keep letting the same address (not my property or address) use my name and charge me. Billing keeps telling me to pay or my credit will be impacted. 3rd time in 5 years…same address. Wtf bell??!!

@Bell_Support your company is the worst internet company on the planet. my services were cancelled with no notice, and i am being given less than 2 weeks to return my modem in a recession. i already used my grocery money to make a bill payment so i have nothing to send it back

So @Bell just silently canceled it even though I have no indication of such. I see Bell hasn’t changed much. Now I wait on @Bell_Support to try and find a new appointment. What a terrible first impression this is. Lost a day of work, now will need to lose another likely.

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support we called and spoke to an agent about overhead wire issues on May 2. Service was to be completed within 7 days. Still nothing. Any help?

had a cable fall during a severe windstorm the other day and let @Bell know so they could fix it - they sent a tech out today who did put the cable back up and also disconnected our internet 🙃 i guess lucky for us that we don’t use them for our phone service
