Chris Dean (@Readthetype) reported@Bell_Support If, when faced with a technical problem, your advice is “Try calling us using our competitors network, because, apparently, they have their **** together when we don’t” then you *seriously* need to reconsider your line of work. 1/2
-
Saan (@S44NSKII) reported@Bell You’ll sell this to your customers and then when they realize they aren’t getting what they paid for you say “the service is unavailable in your area” but you still charge the premium price knowing you can’t provide the premium service that was promised

michaelp (@bluenredocean) reported@Bell_Support internet down.
-
Tacocat (@TacoCat_16) reported@Bell the internet service that you are providing for us in southern Ontario is unusable, you give us a $10 credit yet the internet can’t be used. We are not the only ones having issues, it’s the whole village. Everyone deserves more than a $10 credit or at least fix it.
