I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.

Hey @Bell, what's the point in paying for a service that DOESNT ******* WORK? Would you pay an employee to sit around all day and do nothing? That must be what's happening because everything about this company is dog ****

@Bell_Support everytime I restart the router it takes ages go back online. And sometimes it just doesnt reboot correctly and I have to reboot back several times. I end up losing 1 hr just trying to reboot the modem. What is the issue? Can you send another modem or fix this??
