No internet or TV since December 22. Would you go crazy? Would your kids go crazy? No Christmas shows, no news, nothing. Worst part, I live in the city and we had NO STORM?!?!?. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Toywheels @Bell_Support Virtual outage check hasn't changed since 7am Dec 24. I msgd on here again now says 10:57am Dec 26 (same time was said Dec 25 the day before) hope your service comes back soon as well! Happy holidays!

@Bell_Support @Bell I have Bell and have no problem but have Pure fibre which is optic cable. Is it the customers that are still on Fibre with the copper wiring?

@Bell_Support This is similar to when Rogers went down. I thought there was to be a plan in place where customers could jump onto another providers servers? In future..is this going to happen?

@Bell_Support @Bell My sister in St Catharines has been without Bell internet since December 23. Called support today - December 25 - told her should be up by 2 pm. It is still not up? What is the issue????

Phone has been out since evening of 23rd. Said would be fixed yesterday. Didn’t happen. Now @Bell_Support says today. Don’t get good cell signal out here. Had to drive down the road to report. No access to 911. Husband with significant medical issue. Need this resolved now!

@Bell_Support I wish you could help! But I’ve called 6 times and no one can help! We didn’t even have a storm? My kids Christmas time has been ruined and they wanted to watch Christmas shows. I’m switching to @RogersBiz today.
