@Bell_Support no internet at k2g area since last night. Is there a widespread outage?

  • weltraumagentur Felix Kaechele (@weltraumagentur) reported from New Tecumseth, Ontario

@detobate Tell @Bell that. They don't offer IPv6 unless your access is through their mobile network.

  • kikirulo **** Pérez Matos (@kikirulo) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell internet service is down at my at my condo on Mc Craney St East in Oakville. The service is HORRIBLE. I’ll switch internet provider. #bellinternet #bellishorrible

  • PhilipPompili Philip Pompili (@PhilipPompili) reported

@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell I don’t even bother when I’m on board. I just tether from my phone. I found that when my phone doesn’t work, neither does the their service, so it doesn’t make sense to switch back and forth.

  • JoshNitkin Mr.Josh.Dance (@JoshNitkin) reported

So I ordered my new #iPhone13ProMax from @Bell 3 wks ago. Each week I get a notification that the shipment date is pushed back another week. Who knows when I’m actually getting the phone. I call and get ppl on the phone at #bell who really don’t care or try to help. This sucks!

  • RealGameMedia Real Game Media (@RealGameMedia) reported

@Bell_Support @ryanhobbs6 Don’t blame the ISP if you have issues within your LAN. Packets get retransmitted so quickly over gigabit networks

  • bigcjat Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported

@Bell_Support No, I have unlimited data, reduced speed after the “allotment”. This is not reduced speed, this is terrible ping times, lost packets, sites hanging, apps broken, torture. A good tactic to get people to change their plan I suppose isn’t it?

  • ashleighweeden Ashleigh Weeden, MPA (@ashleighweeden) reported

@wickdchiq @VIA_Rail @Bell Welcome to Canada’s core infrastructure networks: where nothing works, three telecos in a trench coat take billions in public money & are never held accountable, & not one single order of government will actually do anything about our *trillion dollar infrastructure deficit* 🙃

  • bigcjat Chris Thompson (@bigcjat) reported

I’ve reached my max. Data allowed before the internet speed is reduced on my unlimited Bell Mobility account. Except, that’s false advertising. It doesn’t slow down the internet, it completely breaks it and is almost entirely unusable @Bell_Support 👎

  • chmodxx_ Kristina (@chmodxx_) reported

I don't typically complain about interactions with telecoms because I expect them to be pretty awful. But, wow, trying to cancel a service with @Bell has been so unnecessarily frustrating I'm tempted to cancel all services out of principle.
