@chickeys1 @Bell They are cutting people's service without 14 days notice if you are behind 60 days. They are inflexible regarding payment arrangements. Customer service staff plays head games with you. They have unreasonable expectations during this pandemic. #cdnpoli

@Bell_Support Tech who installed the hardware only gave us the password for the service no paperwork or order number. 3 technicians have come out. I will dm what I got from sales rep at Bell store.

@Bell At the tipping top of my wish list was not having my local telecom company taken over by a national telecom and having my data plan get destroyed and my customer service disappear.
