@MasterSachimo @Bell_Support Weird they didn’t reply back to you. Worst internet provider. 90% of bell customer service don’t really wanna help they just want to get off the phone asap. You can tell. They sold our region to Xplornet without telling us. Then a bell employee told me last year.

  • priyaganguli Priya Ganguli (@priyaganguli) reported

Now another Bell store has told us to go back to that one and resolve the issue. Please reverse the transaction. Let us know how to do it. #bellcustomer @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support What’s the point in reaching out. I’m out money while your company “looses” the conversations between an employee and customer and I don’t get my complete security deposit back because of it. On top your same company harasses me daily because of a bill I can’t pay till I get paid

  • danharrisndp Dan Harris (@danharrisndp) reported

God bless unprotected wifi, because otherwise, I'd be cut off. Damn it @Bell_Support, I've been coming to this cottage for 6 years and the connection has never been this bad before. I used to be able to play games on my phone, now I can't even get twitter updates

  • heidiapps heidi (@heidiapps) reported

@Bell_Support Hello, our internet is down today - we haven't made any changes. Modem gives error code 1000. No outage reported. But is there one?

  • chadatola Chad (@chadatola) reported

@Bell for 5 years I have been asking bell to fix an issue to which the tech was so confused. I called apple instead and apple was clear it’s definitely your service provider. When there’s a voice mail my phone freezes. Bell do you know how to fix the issue?

  • shnicholson Shawn Nicholson (@shnicholson) reported

Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).

Oh my ******* god my country-*** internet (on Bell DSL lines) went down AGAIN today. Only just came back up. DO BETTER IN RURAL AREAS, @Bell_Support

  • priyaganguli Priya Ganguli (@priyaganguli) reported

@Bell_Support my friend who's new to Canada visited the Bell store at Eaton centre to buy a pre-paid connection. After she swiped her card, we were told the system was down so the transaction hadn't gone through. But $50 was deducted.

  • Milka_Ran Milka R. (@Milka_Ran) reported

oh @bell selling one thing, delivering another, and then not having anyone available to help a customer is #badservice. I'm not surprised, but just really need help to cancel my bait and switch home security @Bell_Support so I can go to elsewhere.
