@Bell_Support @Bell My condo in Etobicoke has had no internet/wifi/tv service since 5pm on Sat May 21st yet residents with ROGERS are fine. Infuriating on a long weekend. 😡

@Bell_Support No internet for almost 48 Hours. Wtf are you doing. We can’t run CC machines. This is so irresponsible of you

  • NorthernStation Pistol Dave - Medium/Rare (@NorthernStation) reported

@Bell_Support Ok, that’s storm damage.. But what about the massive outages/malfunctions with your hardware that has been ongoing since the beginning of the month leaving Bell customers and other carriers customers without reliable internet access?

  • Udabest_1 Tony Bologna (@Udabest_1) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Checked your website and your outage map. Do customers deserve an accurate outage map and updates on what districts are being worked on? Heading into a work week after a storm that will have cities request people 2 work from home, do customers deserve timely updates?

@Bell_Support Bell Let’s Talk-For a company that so pro communication in times of crisis, you’re horrible at it. My guess is you wouldn’t pay to have your social media ppl work on a STAT.

@nvrl8n8 @Bell_Support Bell doesn’t care. Our choices are a useless bell or a useless Rogers. @CRTCeng please do something about this abhorrent customer service

@maleehashahid_ @Bell_Support The only time I’ve been happy to be a Rogers customer.

  • LimeLewd The Lewd Lime (@LimeLewd) reported

@Bell_Support Still no service in Orleans. To be fair we barely get service when it's working anyway. Why not just skip the repairs and start running fiber?
