    @dhewlett @Bell OMG it was supposed to be a joke, but looking at their site their 10mb up 1mb down package with ONLY 100GB usage is CAD50, that's £33!!! For £33 I get 500Mb from @Brsk_uk

    @michaelalfox @Bell_Support As someone that used to work as an outsourced Bell rep, I can confirm that their customer service is terrible. Even dealing with it internally was an agonizing process.

    @Bell_Support Dear Bell, I use an iPhone 12 Pro Max 256. Because of your website rejecting me from upgrading and even your support center tried to order it. I finally got it from the Apple Store in downtown Montreal. Now I’m told upgrade will cost 300 or wait 3mo for my - 1/2

    @Bell @Bell_Support Placed an order on Sep 4,2022 and after 3 days on Sep 7,2022 it’s automatically cancelled. This is how @Bell works with their customers and without taking customer authorization directly cancel their order!! Cheers to Bell!!!
