@Bell_Support @Bell_Support You can assist by honoring the initial plan or work on removing the credit inquiry with the credit bureaus since the phone services wasn’t provided. Also do you have your Ombudsman office’s email contact? The rude rep on the phone said I cant speak to a manager.

@Bell Huge company with only 79k followers? I think that says enough on its own. Fix your services/support.

@Bell I had fibe Internet and eventually had to get rid of it because it was getting ridiculously slow. In many cases despite paying for 15mbs, it will drop down to 3-5mbs. I reluctantly switched to Rogers cable Internet.

@Bell_Support I recently upgraded to the gigahub, not only am I getting 50% promised speeds, the internet will no longer reach 10ft from the receiver. Any advice to optimize network? I should never have switched from my previous hub. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Bell came back. @Bell stop harassing people by having people go door to door asking if they want your network. Been dealing with this for decades. Go away. How about have your employees bring free gift baskets.

@hbomax any plans to launch in Canada? @Bell OTT @CraveCanada is the only service in Canada at the moment…their 4k content is horrible and they only offer audio in stereo (5.1 was launched months ago but it doesn’t work and there is no progress updates available from them)
