@adunnewold @Bell_Support @Bell I was told that we will get credit for the days without service. Still doesn’t help me if I have to make an emergency phone call but it is what it is

@Signals613 @Bell_Support Well the Bell cs guy I talked to today said that there was "damage to multiple servers, with lots of nodes to replace." Yeah ok. As for why the internet service died out so long after the storm passed, he had no answer.

@Bell_Support Well it would appear Bell has no idea what they are doing, so far today they have given us 5 different reasons for why our internet is not working. We aren’t even speaking to people in Canada, they are all overseas. Bell sucks.

@adunnewold @Bell_Support @Bell I just finished chatting with bell mobility tech support. Can’t call because I don’t have enough cell service to make one. They are tight lipped. Said they don’t want to make promises. Said it could be days.

@Signals613 @Bell_Support Maybe there were after-effects but I can't see how. Maybe the storm coincided with other issues... possibly caused by people who like vodka, and/or others who like kimchi.

@Mizhakwad14 @Bell_Support @Bell Why am I not surprised that Bell is anything but forthcoming about the non-existent service we’ll still likely to end up paying for? They really need to do far better at transparency and communication with clients.
