@Bell_Support I cancelled my home phone yesterday and no one I talked to told me that there will be a 24 hour service distribution. My husband lost money cause he works from home. That is unacceptable and unprofessional. Now I have to wait until the back

Cancelling my @bell tv service will mean I lose my promotions on the other two services and my bill would end up being the same as it is now but with no tv service. They get you coming and going.

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

@Bell_Support The customer service agents all tell a different story. None of which has been accurate. Horrible way to treat loyal customers. Bell clearly doesn’t care about customers.

@Bell_Support waiting for Bell service with appointment this am. To finally finish burying cable for Fibe internet installed at beginning of Covid. Haven’t kept track but probably our 5 th time waiting during their 4 hour appointment window. Hope they show up this time!
