@moneyyb05 @Bell_Support My mom said she called this morn and no one answered at all she was just sent in a loop "it will be back at 7:33" and its pretty much that now, its not back. Yes only 2 min after but should never have gone down in the first place. And bell wont even post updates. Ridiculous.

@Bell please find a way to fix your customer service process!! I was sent the wrong phone and your customer service team says I have to cancel the service I spent 3 hours signing up for in order to be sent the correct phone - oh but they won’t give me the same pricing on it?

.@Bell, are you running a stealth Fibe grift? Got an email scheduling unordered wifi service. Phoned @bell_support, who said ignore it. Tech shows up anyway. Service declined. Then a call asking why, pushing Fibe. Decline again. Asked to “reschedule discussion.” Please stop.
