@Bell_Support Any update Bell? This is rediculous. 36hrs no internet. Bet you won't be giving refunds for your outage. The amount we pay each month from your monopolized business should warrant a response don't you think? Nevermind stupid question. Crooks!!!!!

  • lbcurtis Lance Curtis (@lbcurtis) reported

@Bell No service since May 21 late afternoon. It’s just before noon on May 23, almost 2 days later. ANY UPDATE ON WHEN SERVICE WILL BE RESTORED? Internet is an essential service and your response must be quicker! @CRTCeng

  • sydjai Brenda Benjamin (@sydjai) reported

@Bell_Support I sent a a DM to you. I need an update on when my elderly parents phone will be fixed. They live in a rural area and cell phone doesn’t work. They both have health issues and they need phone service

@Bell_Support @Bell Does this include cellular data? Access is very hit and miss. Can call or text but data access to internet is terrible in Ottawa, Bank and Hunt club area.

  • Udabest_1 Tony Bologna (@Udabest_1) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Checked your website and your outage map. Do customers deserve an accurate outage map and updates on what districts are being worked on? Heading into a work week after a storm that will have cities request people 2 work from home, do customers deserve timely updates?

@Bell hey thanks for being a worthless company wasting countless hours. If you spent some time training your employees to do there job maybe people would appreciate the service given but even the service is atrocious your company is junk and we are trapped to use you or rogers BS

  • ggrosi1 ggrosi (@ggrosi1) reported

@Bell If only you have service like @Rogers do.

  • BreeseREI John Breese (@BreeseREI) reported

Between February 2020 to now, my @Bell internet bill has gone from $67 to $95. And yet, some days the "service" as they like to call it incredibly slow. And of course, BEll's Chat feature is "not working" right now.

  • LimeLewd The Lewd Lime (@LimeLewd) reported

@Bell_Support Still no service in Orleans. To be fair we barely get service when it's working anyway. Why not just skip the repairs and start running fiber?

  • NorthernStation Pistol Dave - Medium/Rare (@NorthernStation) reported

@Bell_Support Ok, that’s storm damage.. But what about the massive outages/malfunctions with your hardware that has been ongoing since the beginning of the month leaving Bell customers and other carriers customers without reliable internet access?
