@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support Post it all over social media, keep calling and emailing like crazy, not sure about Bell but with most tech support if you call three times on same issue with no resolution they are supposed to escalate it to the next Tier of support and than they are supposed to escalate up

@Bell_Support we have spoken with 4 tech agents who cannot help. Your service is appalling. My son, without access to SMS cannot get services in a new country. When I called to follow up, I was told the ticket had been closed. Why? You know you haven’t solved the issue.

@Bell_Support I was supposed to receive a call back from a supervisor, it’s now past 2pm and I’ve heard nothing. You would think a fire emergency would be at the top of your list.

@Bell if you are thinking of going to Bell. Think again. They are the worst. Do not spend your money with them. Look elsewhere

@bell_support Same issue as others with Fibe TV -- Error 1009p/3. on our FireTV sticks. I can't watch in any browser either as it's telling me to "upgrade to the latest version" which I'm already running.

@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support Just had a thought, there used to be a reporter on CTV news by the name of Pat Foran, used to do a consumer beware investigating kind of segment, helping people that have been scammed or having trouble getting big things fixed, that might be an option

@Bell internet, which I pay $140 a month for is down. On @VirginPlus My 12 year old son went 135mb over on his $50 a month plan and I was billed $26 dollars for it. Or I can go to @RogersHelps and get their brand of **** sandwich. Canadians are so ****** by these criminals.

@fagstein I still like Omar and had him pegged as the next one but it should have been five to seven years from now. It's not his fault but this statement surely written by the overlords does nothing to change what happened or my plans to cancel my @Bell services.
