@bell_support - land land went down at 87 y/o mothers house. She has a heart condition and it is her only connection to medical care. Called 4 days ago and @bell said the only option is to transfer to bell voip, which is not an option for mom. Why is @bell putting seniors at risk

@Bell Genuinely curious on what your excuse is for this; why do I have better internet connection a block away from my house than I do in my basement? My house has a wood floor And no, your boosters are crap too. Constantly disconnects, not worth 30$ a month

@Bell_Support -- @Bell land line went out at my 87 y/o mothers house 3 days ago. She has a heart condition and it's her only connection to the outside world. Have called multiple times to beg @Bell to fix it but response is to transfer over to Bell Fibe voip or nothing.
