    Hey @Bell your customer service is trash. I’ve been getting spammed with a dozen marketing calls to sign up for internet over the past week, even though I’m already a customer. Then I wait for 46 mins on hold trying to get service and never got through to anyone. Do better.

    @Bell outage for two days in Scarborough..? No one to contact… no updates! When check postal code says no outages in area…

    @Bell NOT ACCEPTABLE! 4 days with absolutely no services due to exterior equipment failure. Crew no show today! Unbelievable! Calling "support" is a complete waste of time! Can't run our small business without internet! BE BETTER!!!

    @Bell_Support Unfortunately they are spoofed calls and continue to occur. @Bell_Support @Bell - So far I’ve had nine callers in one hour. Being on the “No Call” list does not help with this type of garbage.

    @RogersHelps so I take a fancy new internet connection after changing from my awesome @Bell_Support - now I see some one time charges of 150 dollars which was clearly waived off when speaking to sales rep and again confirmed with Customer rep.. really regret this now - how to ?

    @Bell_Support no outage reported for my postal code yet I’ve been without internet since Dec 23. Earliest time a tech will get to me is Jan 5 but don’t worry we’re listed as “priority”. 140$ a month for this is mental.
