@Bell_Support Finally solved. Bell really needs to fix their procedures. Post COVID, if you have a raspy voice and watery eyes, no one wants you to get on the bus or use a Taxi/Uber so going to a store does not always work.

Hey @Bell @Bell_Support, your sneaky tactics just cost me +$15/mth. Got duped into a new Bell EPP plan, only to get an email 2 days later with a better deal. But no, apparently I can't switch because it's not a "new activation". Poor customer service. #NotImpressed #BellMobility
