My mom called @Bell to cancel my deceased father's cell phone, and they spent a half hour trying to tell her not to cancel it, trying to sell her phones and iPads even after she explained what happened and broke down in tears. Is this what you mean by #bellforbetter?

@Bell 25 minutes, 2 different employees, 90% of it on hold & we’re just looking to find out where our modem is that was supposed to arrive today. Hung up after hold was never ending. Going to call back and cancel I think, just not worth this?
