    @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

    @Bell_Support is there an issue with Wi-Fi in the Whitby area we had a small power cut just for a second, but the Wi-Fi never came back

    Week 6 of @Bell not fixing the dangerously low wire outside my house. Said techs were coming to fix. No one did. People walk by everyday and grab it.

    @Bell_Support When are we going to get an update re: outage in Beckwith Township area? Stolen copper... first it was Friday 10pm and now Monday. Your outage tool says there's no outage. 310-BELL says there is. Unknown what Bell tool is actually accurate. Help!
