Worst move experience with @bell. Still waiting for my phone and number to be returned. Nobody from Bell’s move department told me I would lose my phone number!!!!! No body can me. Good thing no family emergencies!!!!! Happy to sell me more services.

@Bell @agilities @TorontoDefiant Yeah right!!! When you guys fix my internet that’s been acting up for over two years..fido has the worst internet in Canada and it’s out performing the internet package I have with u guys..all I hear is sorry sorry sorry!! No real solution but you guys still bill me every month.

@Bell_Support Bell MTS slogan “@bellmts” should be “your day just got worse.” Twice now we’ve had appointments for an internet upgrade and both times they failed to show up. No explanations given. 5 phone calls, many emails, tweets & 2 wasted days, & still not resolved. Customer service = zero

@piak08 @DoyleMony @Bell It’s awful, 6 freakin hours on the phone last night with 7 different people, thy wanted me to set up another new account, another credit check, another tech to come out more costs and they are the ones that cancelled dit but don’t know how they canceled it, jokes!!!
