@Bell_Support Though Bell would be any different than other service providers, unfortunately I found them worst. Nobody has any clue whatsoever. I have more information than their customer service team. @Bell_Support don't ask me to DM you because I already have.

Anyone been to Cuba and get a hack for data / wifi down there. The wifi where she’s staying sucks and not working properly and @bell mobility is a total ripe off and now I can’t keep in contact with her for the week.

@LeslieBall29 @Bell_Aliant My (then fiancée, now wife) was with @Bell when we got married, and we decided to use her service and add me. She requested an address change and my name. They cancelled her service, moved her former roommates account to our address, and took off the roommate's name! 🤨🙄

Shouldn't @Bell answer the phone? Asking for my 96-year-old father who is trying to cancel service on a cell phone - the store wouldn't do it. He will not be be responsible for any further bills. You are on notice. Should that be a condition of your license? #cdnpoli
