    @Bell_Support Unbelievably incompetent level of support. Was on the phone for over 40 minutes, transfered 6 times because half of the staff I talked to could not understand a simple request, even though I repeated it multiple times. Outsourcing your support is damaging. Hopeless.

    @Bell @Bell_Support DON'T cheat the customer by adding @fibeapp on top of his internet plan and if the customer does not like it , the customer's original billing plan is changed and asking for more money. This is Fraud !! #fraud #cheat Account No: 280961300

    @Bell_Support your the absolute worst, I had an appointment to get internet installed today and I just got a call and had it rescheduled for Nov 18th. So now I have no internet or cable in our new house for another 2.5 weeks. Unacceptable. Embarrassing.

    Hey @Bell . Funny story! I just hired your offer for internet in my house. Very next day is not working, and you are going to set me a technician on Wednesday (3 days later). It’s faster to call @Rogers and just cancel my cancellation.

    @Bell_Support No Bell landline since Friday. Test Centre message says multiple customers including me affected. How long does it take to fix a problem like this in mid-town Toronto?
