    On the phone with @Bell trying to get a loyalty offer and their system is stuck thinking I have a TV service that I NEVER had. As of TODAY, I want the Fibe TV app to go on my IPAD or iPhone and still keep my high-speed internet.

    @Bell_Support hey. I am travelling in the US and I normally have LTE when I am in Canada and I did have LTE when I first arrived in the US. But now my phone is stuck on 3G. I don’t think this should happen with a roam like home add on that I have. Please fix this Bell.

    @Bell_Support frustrated with the service I got today. I’ve lost all trust in bell. I have been lied to, and over charged. My bill goes up and services go down. I am going with Fido internet for 50% off for the first 12 months. Can you please have retention contact me!

    So 811 was able to get me an appointment with the nurse practitioner for Sunday. Which ok. I can white knuckle it until then. Which means around 4 days without meds thanks to @bell being greedy ***** & turning off my service. Did it make me pay them any faster? No.

    I am so annoyed with this new @CraveCanada app.. why ******** did they take it off on demand? It rarely works and now its asking me for my user name and password again, then it say temporarily unavailable. What a **** service @Bell Merry Christmas

    @Bell_Support @bell Haven’t had my Fibe for 2 hours and already canceling. Sales person at my door told me I would get the “Better” TV package and they give me the “Good”. Tell me nothing they can do, I can’t even cancel for 5-7 days as they say I have no acct number yet. wow!!!

    Hey @Bell & @Bell_Support looks like the issue of outages are still happening and yet still not a peep from you guys? Off today to switch out my modem in hopes a miracle happens and it works. Thinking about switching to @Rogers

    @Bell_Support @Ms_LindaTobi To be honest, it is clear that @Bell is either not a coordinated company or they deliberately refuse to fix billing issues. How can someone who hasn't consented to commence with your service yet be billed by you for two months consequently.
