Hey @Rogers I am looking at you for my home phone which has so called "Pure Fiber" and my alarm system provided by @TELUSsupport and my cell phone services provided by @Bell My home service is $113.13 and my Cell Service is $160.00 for a total of $273.13 for two people

All of this could have been done so seamlessly if you actually gave a **** about your customers, but instead I’m sitting here on day 4 of god knows how many without WiFi because your technician didn’t bring a tall enough ladder to do his job today. @bell this is a complete joke.

@Bell_Support I have. We have the same crap equipment we have paid rent on for over 13 years. When we call for replacements, told we will be paying way more then we are (currently over $300 a month!!) our remotes are barely working. Rented. Why do I have to pay more for replacement??

If you’re considering switching your internet provider, DON’T switch to @Bell. My area has had an Internet outage for FOUR consecutive days.@Bell_Support has no idea what’s going on. I’ve already missed two days of work and at this rate who knows if we’ll have Internet on Monday
