Second @rogers outage in a day!!!!! How do you claim to be “reliable”???!!!! Now I’m on hold for probably an hour. And the only reason I can call is because the land line is with @Bell_Support !!! And for this exact reason I will never switch the land to @rogers!!!

@Bell How do you keep customers when you make it impossible to upgrade/renew??? I've tried 7 ways now. -Online chat is **** and disconnects -Over the phone was hard to get through to and then couldn't match your online pricing -Selfserve has an internal server issue....

@Bell_Support Your dales team is a BIG mess. I ordered a phone on 26th Feb. Your agent never called back. I called to check several times and now the day after the promotion ended, the agents just apologize for their mistake but don't match the offer and pricing I was promised.
