    So useless of @Bell_Support to re-iterate the company policy as opposed to getting something with authority to do something as I asked four hours ago.... wasting time and terrible customer service

    @Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Ya there is the whole pkp thing but again I’m saving money and that’s what my wife wants. But if my service was bad I’d give them a chance to fix and but after that I’m done. Anyway I hope it gets fixed eventually for your kids schooling

    @eric_habs @Bell_Support Mostly because of my husband, he doesn’t want the hassle of switching. I do have issues with Vidéotron as well, not all stations I want used to be available.

    @Bell we have 0 internet options at our house. We were forced to buy a Turbo Hub for our kids to do virtual learning. Day 5 with the turbo hub and we got locked out for data overages. This is going to cost $500+/month, easily. Any help/discounts for a 12+yr customer? @LFPress

    @NDrules43 @Bell So you have Fibe now ? I had it b4 and was way better than this Ignite **** now but since we moved a few yrs ago it wasn’t available at the new addy

    @Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Let’s say you have the cheapest package vs the most expensive they both work with the same modem the signal output is the same it’s only your speeds for downloading and uploading that changes. Do you have fibe

    I am shocked at all the ways Bell has used to destroy one small person like myself. That's how petty leaders @Bell are. Every step I took towards progress to function better, let alone be successful at it, they sent 2 new problems my way to put me back on floor #BellLetsTalk

    @Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Now I just switched from bell to another provider just because I got a good deal but I never had a problem with my services. I was with them for 8 yrs

    @Bell after a bunch of back and forth of messages, nothing had happened. It’s been 6 months that Bell by mistake blocked our long distance provider. Since August and after many times of calling and follow ups, the issue is not resolved. Every time we call, it takes 2-3 hours
