@Bell_Support It was like a really bad trip. Phone had one time, watch said another. I missed a class and an appointment today.

@Bell_Support As a sign of good faith to your customers, you should give free service for our next billing cycle. There was no communication to the clients (no text/email) to warn people about this. Had to find out once I was already late at work. This is a class action waiting to happen!

  • verolin_ 𝕍𝕖𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕚𝕔𝕒 (@verolin_) reported

@Bell online customer service blamed the time change mistake on iPhones and not themselves. Chatted with someone today and they kept pushing the blame away from BELL and onto iPhones @Apple

  • BradNixonOttawa Brad Nixon (@BradNixonOttawa) reported

@V_Pierce13 @JoshCarreiro @Bell_Support My phone was an hour slow. When my phone was supposed to go off at 6:45, the phone thought it was only 5:45. Fortunately my cat woke me up shortly thereafter (and I didn’t need to wake up for a flight or anything)

I called a @Bell rep to ask what was going on. I told him that I noticed Roam Better was different & that prior to 2020 I had no issue using as much data as I wanted. The rep proceeded to tell me I was wrong & that Roam Better had always been throttled. I argued that couldn't be.
