    @Bell_Support why keep customers in the dark make an announcement to tell us the problem the areas affected and when service will resume. Not rocket science. Terrible customer service.

    @Bell_Support I just spent 35 minutes on hold after it said the wait was going to be 25. Then randomly says sorry our office is now closed at "5:50" this is terrible. My Fibe tv isn't working, neither is your virtual repair.

    @Bell_Support The repair tool is frozen. Bell isn’t answering calls on their help line at present and no agents available to chat. What am I paying for?

    @Bell_Support @ibkathie There is clearly a region wide problem so instead of asking everyone to DM you, maybe send out a public tweet about what is going on for the benefit of us all.
