@Bell I just had a canvaser in Hamilton come looking to get my business after the @Rogers outage. I told him Bell was here a short while back updating their lines and CUT OUR INTERNET after they promised us they wouldnt. Thats how to get potential customers to hate your brand.

@RogersHelps guess whose internet is down.. AGAIN. Yep you guessed it @Rogers I swear to god, I'm so tired of how garbage your internet is. You have an upload cap of 30MBps IN 2022 and going down constantly. Maybe is is time to switch to @Bell

@Bell I switched to Bell b4 the Roger's fiasco because I was paying a lot. I was told Id be paying less for the same services but am paying more for less. Fast talking sales speak and huge buyers remorse. Bells the worst. Rogers at least gave me free phones. Cant wait to drop Bell.

@Bell_Support Technicians persistently don’t listen when I tell them where the problem is. Can you fix that? 3rd time this year we have had the SAME issue. Not listening to me, or just looking up the last repair wastes everyone’s time!

@Bell_Support What are you doing about phone line outages???? My mother’s entire condo building in Etobicoke has had no phone service for 10 days now… that’s right, 10 days. This service is a joke! No outages reported? That is a load! I know of 3 residents who have repeatedly reported it.

@Bell horrible. Screw up installation once. 2nd time send a tech who can't complete job & when I call, say he should've never been sent. 3rd time installation complete and now internet down within a week. On hold for 1 hour and told earliest tech can come is tomorrow afternoon.

@Bell So if I understand you provide poor indoor internet at exorbitant rates then offer to fix it for just another 10 bucks a month. Thank goodness for the CRTC to give a semi monopoly so you can get away with this

@Bell @BellMediaPR @LisaLaFlamme_ You are in full damage control these days. You could simply bring LaFlamme back with an increase in salary of at least 25% AND issue her a public apology over all social media and on TV. Canadians like and trust her. You blew it big time.
