Hey @RogersHelps why charge customers $10 to swap for an eSIM? I just rejoined your network and it’s crap like this that got me to switch providers originally. @Bell never charged me for this kind of thing. And I could switch online or over the phone too.

  • aRand4wa12 A.Randhawa (@aRand4wa12) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell Been a loyal customer for 14 years, only to find myself wanting to upgrade my phone, no only was your call centre not helpful but wanted to charge more for my existing plan. Instore specials are the exact same I'm being offered, where is the loyalty benefit?

  • vote4robgill Rob Gill (@vote4robgill) reported

@Lib_Canuk @seburnt @Bell Why would the TTC permit every telecom company to build a network in the tunnels? Why should passengers have to suffer from delays due to 4 different maintenance teams servicing identical equipment? Big three value separate networks because it lets them justify high phone bills

Shame on you @Bell @rogers and @telus. This is an easily fixable problem, and yet your own profits are more important than the safety of people in Canada.
