@Bell_Support Any idea why after 2 phone calls and 2 billing periods you still can’t fix the problem of overcharging me? Please explain why I need to reach out via Twitter because your actual support channels are absolutely ineffective?

@VirginPlus @VirginPlusCare @Bell_Support I paid security of $500 for a phone which had to be returned by virgin in Feb. I have still not received it. I spoke to customer care supervisor, Randy to adjust my bill from security refund but he turned down my call. Please help

@Bell_Support. One of your customer service representatives followed up with me yesterday regarding the branches hanging from your line in my yard. The branches that have been hanging since May 21st, the same day I contacted you. You have "followed up" at least four times.

@Bell the absolute lack of internet service that you are providing to people in my rural area is a crime. To charge as much as you do and then leave us without stable service for months, no help is a violation of our contracts. Fix it. #Accountability @fordnation @Ont_Ombudsman

  • CharlesMacPher3 CharlieMac (@CharlesMacPher3) reported

@Bell_Support hello, why is the cell phone service on Nova Scotia’s eastern shore getting increasingly worse?

@Bell_Support is there an issue with bell fibe in Burlington? Went down with a power flicker a few hours ago and not back yet.

  • angiemou angie m (@angiemou) reported

@VirginPlus @bell when is this going to get resolved. Virgin plus customer service/tech support has no clue what I’m talking about. They just keep testing my modem for a week and a half. No help no update.

  • JustinFaulknor Justin Faulknor (@JustinFaulknor) reported

@Bell Or you could acknowledge that while I continue to pay high internet fees my wifi service has been getting consistently worse and provide 2 boosters for free to rectify the problem.

  • FarmanK71681667 Farman Khan (@FarmanK71681667) reported

Bell Customer Service: So, I was on hold for 1 Hour and 16 Minutes just to get an automatic message that their office is closed at around 9:20 AM on Monday and sorry for the inconvenience. @Bell_Support

  • JustinFaulknor Justin Faulknor (@JustinFaulknor) reported

@Bell_Support Last time a tech was at our home he said the more people in my neighbourhood get Fibe the weaker my signal is will be. Tech told me to buy boosters to solve it. It only seems fitting if Bell isn't going to fix this at least provide the boosters to help balance the problem.
