Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell So I have had this issue and it’s when the pc and modem get confused on which network it should connect to. I use private network (home internet) and my wife had to run a VPN for her work from home and it would cause this to happen. I had to manually restart network on computer

  • BlurryJS James Stephens (@BlurryJS) reported

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell I also had this Issue when my modem was not meant for the speeds I was getting causing it to restart as speeds coming in faster than the modem could process

  • Lucky0slevin Alex V (@Lucky0slevin) reported

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell You mentioned a modem not a router...bell only has modem/router combos. You either have the h2k, h3k or h4k. If you have fiber the power cycle isn't the issue. You may have a device in the house causing the problem as well. Try using only one or 2 devices at the time

  • shanmukhsista18 Shanmukh (@shanmukhsista18) reported

    @Bell_Support why advertise 1 day delivery for an internet router when i have to call your support every single day (since 8 days) to get its status. Even after explaining my urgency and concern every day, i am not getting any help whatsoever. #CustomerService #poorexperience

  • ImTsarbucks Tsar (@ImTsarbucks) reported

    @FF_MuTeX @Bell I have Bell Fibe as well and have never had this issue. Thats so weird. Maybe try the modem in another area of the house/another plug?

    @Bell_Support 2/ treat customers. He bullied a senior in order to keep his call time down and meet his metrics. I get that you're a social media person and not a manger, but pass this conversation up the chain. We're currently working on converting a 4th household to your competitor.

  • Jer_is_a_twit Jeremy (@Jer_is_a_twit) reported

    @Bell Its now been 4 days and still limited / no data in the Orangeville, Ontario area. Many friends on @Telus and Bell getting no info and Tech support still can’t even confirm if an outage was identified. Shame!

  • JenMoore70 Jen Moore (@JenMoore70) reported

    @Bell Would be nice if Bell invested in fiber optic in rural areas. We can't even get the LTE service (Internet signal from a tower) or a reliable cell signal for phone calls 1 hr East of Toronto in Northumberland County.

    @3Diavel @Bell Good ****

    @TheTurkishPride @FF_MuTeX @Bell I knew this was only going to be the main focus. Yes for security she had to run one working with customer confidential info. I am actually trying to help
