    @Bell I confirmed on Fri. and Sat. that I had a tech appt for Monday. I call on Mon they can’t find the appt or any info on me!! 3 weeks I have waited for internet/cable. Worst company ever! I had no troubles w Rogers. Wish I could go back. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @Bell Right, so @Bell keeps telling me to wait 24 to 48 hours and I must phone client care, who DONT HELP ME! CCTS complaint has been lodged. This is UNBELIEVABLE

    @Bell Bell canada has the worst customer service. They just called me to put me on hold. Actively looking for a different provider. Just terrible service and product!

    I woke up at 6 a.m. after a family roadtrip to try to resolve this with your 6 a.m. call line. Your chat support is even worse. @Bell_Support When we really need you you throw bots at us.

    Thank you @Bell for rescheduling my morning appointment to this afternoon without notifying me. Is only the tech that came sunday did his job I wouldn't have had to waste my day today waiting. FYI: this is garbage service and when a customer asks a question, you should answer it

    @Rogers and @Bell do not give a **** about their customers. This is why the CBC is so important in this country. So again , **** you @Rogers
