    I'm struggling today. It's been two days of dealing with @Bell_Support's customer service who changed their tone once they learned I can't call because I'm deaf. I've been crying non-stop since I left the Bell store this afternoon.

    @sharon_zehr @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk Bell has the same law firms as Police. Bell mobility never got to unionize it made an attempt in 2010 & it didn't go well for employees as they were intimidated by management it was public record but disappeared few yrs ago so cant share link unfortunately. Bell berried it

    @Bell I find it hilarious that your company thought sending me a letter to try and get my business was a smart idea. 5 years ago when I moved into my house I called to get quotes and was told by multiple agents I needed to provide an account number to be helped. New customer here
