    @Relationwe633 The rep on the phone agreed to the $50 refund after 48 min on the call to correct this error on @Bell part. That is a lot of time for what should have been a simple issue. It took 3 different people to get it resolved.

    @Bell I just installed my new modem As I was doing so i got a call answered & he said he was Daniel from Bell about my internet problem What problem? Oh your internet has been slow I sdid why doesn't your number say BELL ? Click....that was soo random They dont take a break

    @Bell hey why 20 years ago I had no trouble accessing Facebook on an "H" network but now unless I have 5g I can't access **** all, lte+ should have enough bandwidth to run anything, telecommunications are useless to the average Joe at this point, so ******* tired of zero service

    @Bell your customer service is horrible. How is it you can overbill me $50 and the support people agree but they said they can only refund $37?! Back on hold when I insist on getting my full $50 back for your billing error.
