    @CRex67 @Bell_Support They wouldnt even comp free mobile data during east ontario /ottawa power outage (power still out lots of neighborhoods). Shut off service until we bought more data!

    @Bell_Support @Souvenirs_fm It's been at least 8 hours since signals dropped. You KNOW that this is a huge issue for most of your customers, so please don't waste our time asking us to call in. You don't need phone calls. Just fix it.

    @Bell_Support further to my earlier tweet this week , my satellite TV is now down (Caledon East) and shows error 015. Reboot. Not working. Is there an update please ?

    @Bell_Support some channels aren’t working? Is this part of the issues/outages? CNN for example is showing us an error 0004.

    @Bell_Support Outage on Bell satellite is only affecting my older receivers, 6100 and 9400 series. Newer HD receivers not affected. Clearly software botch up by Bell. Older receivers were looking for “transponder “0” and locked up. Seems to be corrected around 12:45 pm.

    @Bell_Support What about customers who don't have access to Fibe or internet. Been pushing Bell or Rogers to expand to where my g-parents live and yet nothing. Even your wireless devices get 0 signal and they don't even live that far from town!

    @Bell_Support 2 of 3 receivers in house working but not all channels, 3rd pvr receiver with error code 015 standby for satellite signal stuck on transponder & 0 of 5 progress. Has been this way for hours despite resetting. Niagara area.
