    @redman_mather @Bell_Support @SpaceX There’s really no way around it anymore I think. Took this unit to the maritimes and have 0 dropped service even in the most remote area of NB

    This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

    @Bell_Support I’m also trying to report a downed line that’s blocking a street. No options when you call and agent can’t help. Maybe setup an online form for these requests?
