Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported@Bell_Support And now I'm being told by the customer service agent that I was "misled" by the former 2 agents about the bundle credit. The first agent told me to call back if credit wasn't applied; the second agent told me he re-applied the credit. Looks like it's time 2 find a new provider ๐ค๐ป

A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Canโt even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.
