    @Bell_Support I called to get assistance as one of the cable boxes is not working and the rest are and you disconnect the call after an automated message! Is this how you treat your customers? My issue is NOT related to the service outage but the cable box itself. Please help

    @Bell_Support A lot of people don't want app crap on their TV's and do not have cell phones. Just give us what we are paying for or give us back the money and we will move on.

    @Bell_Support Hearing from family and friends that it's been down in Brampton since 5pm, any idea when this issues will be resolved? Not everyone is comfortable with the app and they pay a lot more to be able to use the box and tv system
