@Bell How bad is your Wi-Fi if your customers also need to rent pods to extend the range to their “whole house”?

@evagurly @koodo @Bell Absolutely. I’d have my e-mails written and ready to go if not already sent. I think they should have already given you a balance of data based on your usage already. People are just sick and tired of paying premium prices for poor product and ****** service

@Bell_Support called three months ago to have a bell box moved. Was told 4 different times someone was coming now my contractor is here and no one ever showed. Absolutely ridiculous. No access to my backyard because of this and now I pay. Thanks a lot! NEVER using a bell product

@Bell all I want is to switch the new Fibe tv boxes and modem I got for the older style vip2262/vip2502/hh2000 which I prefer. Why can’t anyone @bell can help me do this. Pay good money for your service. I would assume you would want a happy customer. Not an ex #fail #help #bell

So @bell, if I’m paying you a daily fee for roaming while out of the country, don’t you think you should make an effort to, y’know, consistently provide the service I’m paying for? In what universe does it make sense to turn off my data at midnight? Not impressed at all.

@Bell Thinking of switching mobile phone to you. If someone sends an email to [their_cell]@txt.bell.ca, what number shows up on the caller display on the receiving phone? Is it always the same, or does it change? Make/break question for me, as it's a service I use extensively.
