    @Bell your customer service is unreal 🤬 called a week before my move to get my service moved literally across the drive way no more then 10 feet away, was told someone would be here on the 5th I took the day off *unpaid*waiting only to be told at 3pm no one was available.

    Hey @Bell_Support have been without home internet and tv service for 18hrs now. Can’t get a straight answer from your technicians. When will service resume? Asking from a mobile phone on @TELUS

    @Bell_Support on the phone for hours after bell seemed to have intentionally changed the service agreement without our consent. A $75 plan went to $160.

    @Bell what a joke bell smart home is and their untrained, unqualified technicians who don’t know what they’re doing. Issues from December 2020-present. Not a care in the world for the house I have wasted trying to get this resolved. Good bye! 😡

    Ok, Twitter. I need your help. I'm trying to set up Bell Rural Wireless but @Bell_Support/@Bell doesn't have my small street in their system, even though it definitely exists AND my neighbours all use the same service. Apparently, there is no workaround. Help!
