Having internet Issues. Called @bell, agent not being able to figure out the problem ask me if it is cold outside, because the cold affect the wires. Me: Ma'am, where are you located? Canada have bad winters, please stop with the rubbish. Turns out she is in the Philipines.

@Bell_Support Internet is down in Milton. I have been told that service should be up again by 5:30 - 6:00 pm. This is unacceptable as I work from home

@Bell Been a Bell customer for 15+ years. Their customer service has gone down the drain. No problem texting and emailing about offers to buy phones. But nobody contacts you when their new plans are 40$ cheaper and twice the data than what you are on. They just keep milking you.

@NavS0 @Bell Pretty common to only get half the speed advertised by bell in my experience, company scammed my parents for years. In my small town bell was the only option for most streets mine included. My parents paid for 5down 1up but for the entire time we had bell we never once 1/2

My god @Bell @Bell_Support Trying to get a Smart watch with your SmartPay plan is a worse experience than pulling teeth, can't confirm my ID after i sign in with my secret code and reconfirm my info on the phone...still need a driver's license to "prove" who i am... i give up.

@Bell discriminates against senior citizens. My dad was almost cut off due to an expired CC & the only way to update it was via an online account he does not have. I was able to help, but what about those seniors who don’t have support? @KamalKheraLib
