    Hey @Bell. I’ve just spent 3 hrs trying twice to talk to your loyalty department. Waiting TWICE for 1.5 hours and then having the system announce that there is a problem and hanging up on me is terrible service.

    The tech was great and was in the apartment during all the calls. When he got the call, he kept asking the @Bell person on the other side "Is this what the customer wanted?" and "why can't you give her what she asked for?". My sister knew this was bad news.

    @Bell only provide customer service when you want to use their service. When you want to cancel, they purposely make you wait on the line forever. How is it possible to put on hold for 45 mins and still going just to check my acct?

    As per to my experience, Fido has a better customer service than Bell Canada. Therefore, I am switching to Fido ☺ @Fidomobile @Bell

    @Bell_Support That's how a functional email service manages things. I guess Hotmail, or Outlook, or whatever is "powering" Sympatico and Bell mail these days takes a different approach.

    @Bell I ordered a phone plan and the order summary is different from what I was told on phone. I have been trying to resolve it since nov 22 but with no luck. Today one of your customer representative hung up on me! Excellent customer service!! I might very well stick with rogers.

    @KloepperJ @Bell @TELUS Not even an existing customer, just trying to transfer my number and they couldn't do that. Just signed up for their internet. Cancelling it after 1 day because of the horrible customer service. Don't know how you lasted 10 years.
