@Bell how is it possible living in a town in mid-western Ontario with a population of 13000 (West Grey) and not having any service? Or 1 bar when lucky

  • ikbaldemirdowen Ikbal Demirdoven (@ikbaldemirdowen) reported

@Bell is there an outage in Vancouver, BC? I don't have access to internet.

  • Matt_Woodworth1 Matt Woodworth (@Matt_Woodworth1) reported

@Bell I’m trying to purchase internet for my business and your online chat experience is abysmal. I canceled my home package with you last year because of your terrible customer service. I see things haven’t changed much. @rogerscable I’ll be in touch.

  • herlanderdi Herlander :checkmark: (@herlanderdi) reported

Hey @Bell is my money not good enough for you? You have to show me ads on the streaming services I pay for? My finger is starting dangerously close to the cancel button. @netflix already cancelled. Don’t be next.

  • kunal29983 Sarcastic_Soul (@kunal29983) reported

@Bell and @Bell_Support your support is actually not supporting me, your technician could not solve my issue

  • SaraStashick Sara (she/her) (@SaraStashick) reported

Loyalty dude: I'm confident everything will be fine, please take the new modem. Me: No, give me back the money @Bell took without providing the service promised... Loyalty dude: Don't worry, you'll love the new modem. Me: Cancel my service. 4/4

  • sumitbhutanigwl Sumit Bhutani (@sumitbhutanigwl) reported

@Bell_Support I’m travelling to India and paying $16 per day for no internet and not able to make calls without network issues. Why are you charging this much when you can’t provide any network in even Delhi. Fix this ASAP else I’m shifting to rogers.

  • SaraStashick Sara (she/her) (@SaraStashick) reported

Me: I've been getting a fraction of the speed I'm paying for and 6-7 times the nominal latency rate for the last six months. @Bell customer loyalty dude: Let me do you a massive favour and waive the upgrade fee for a new modem you didn't ask for. 1/

  • LadThatGambles LAD (@LadThatGambles) reported

@Bell will lose a lot in revenue over the next coming months if they don’t work a little harder to get service to people underground on the subway in Toronto. People switching over to freedom for this reason solely.. soon I might be one of them.

  • GerhardMack1 Gerhard Mack (@GerhardMack1) reported

@Bell tech called from their executive support line "We really don't need IPv6 because we have so many IPs." Never mind that it makes it harder to debug IPv6 configs when I am working on web servers. I need a new ISP, and someone who isn't "slow upload" @Videotron .
