When are you going to step up and fix the damage done to my property, @Bell? When will you take sole responsibility? Be accountable.

@Bell_Support Yes and I talked. With chat support and nothing can be done until the weather clears. So once again we won't have tv until the weather clears.

Holy ****, why is it so complicated to do something so simple as having a Sim swap done with @bell? 25 minutes of circular discussion with a call center in the Philippines (we do have people in this country available to do this kind of work) to be told they have no way to help.

@Bell_Support Absolutely useless calling into your support line. Getting no help, no instructions, was hung up on and had to start the whole process over. So frustrating.

@Bell_Support why is it so hard to book a tech to come to our home. Two calls to the 1-866 # with no solution. Told “ no we don’t send techs for this”

Hey @Rogers If you don't stop sending incompetent technicians from Dependable Home Tech I am going to have to cancel my service in favour of @Bell #Fibe. I am sick of lazy technicians who do not do their damn job and make up BS to justify not doing their job!

I have yet to speak to a Canadian. Did you know all of @bell’s call centres are in the Philippines? I asked the customer service rep if they even knew what Bell was. They had to Google it.

A few suggestions for all contact centers, including @Bell_Support, don't make agents keep customers on the line to process a request. Give them more "agent wrap up time" before they go to "ready" status. Your metrics lead to poor customer experience! #cx #cctr
