@Bell_Support what is useful way to get tech help in person from you? I went to service center in person in ottawa but staff said he is not set up to provide tech help (just sales is what I understood from him).

@Bell I would never use Bell again because your customer support is absolutely useless. On the phone for an hour on every issue and on hold for most of that time.

@cafreeland @cafreeland After Rogers outage I called @Bell to get rates to have backup internet Their single rates were $50 for 5GB data!!!! What r u doing to us? I paid 10 euros a month for unlimited data in italy & 19 pound in UK Telecom profit margin is criminal in Canada

.@Bell_Support tech found that an indoor wire was used outside when getting us set up 1.5 yrs ago. Because of this, we’ve had multiple issues and have lost days of work. Took 3 techs to find this. What are you going to do to compensate us for your incompetence?

Got new @Bell internet 2 weeks ago and it is not working properly since. 1 port keeps failing. Getting half speed they promised. sure they will charge me full. Not sure which one is worse having issues every day or switch Rogers and have issue one full day with everyone else.

@Bell_Support @Bell. When I catch your company doing schetchy ****, call you out on it & know I'm in the right. You guys hang up 3 times. I better get that discount cause my contract is up at the end of the month. Its sad because Bell sent email notifications that was resolved.
