@Bell you have a very bad service. You don’t train your staff well and you just don’t care about the customers who are already with bell. Because of your agent mistake about more than year ago, my credit has gone bad and got tortured by collection department which I am not aware

@bell it's been 8 days now that I've been waiting for someone on your "level 2 tech" team to fix my mobile data problem. You sure were quick to send your invoice like clockwork, never mind that been since Jun 21 that my mobile data speeds are running at a top speed of 60 KB/sec!

@Bell @Bell_Support No internet or fibe tv for 6 days. Two technicians sent to my house. Say it’s a main box issue and not my house. Then they leave and never come back. They said “it might be fixed tomorrow. Or the next day or the next day”.

@Bell Move Valet is a joke. Wanted to move my service back to my previous address that had hs internet for 5 yrs. They wanted 12 days to do so. How long does it take to flip a switch?
