Tracey Padmore (@TraceysLuvofArt) reported@Bell_Support @Bell I keep seeing ads for OWN Network, yet I recall it being removed from the station a few years ago. Is it available on BELL?? #bringbackOWN

A W (@adamwalker0314) reported@Bell Nah you guys are content with providing absolute **** support. Hearing phone support tell me they'd be happy to help me cancel my service rather than resolve my issue is all I needed to hear.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@its_gooseyy @Bell @Bell_Support They’ve been lying to me all week - no phone service. They keep saying it will be fixed - now it’s today by 10pm. A tech in the neighborhood told at least the end of next week. Can’t even speak to someone because they say they are aware - then give a fake date to be fixed.

The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

Peter Skinner (@RogueNerdOne) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell I've been with Telus for decades with my internet, and not once has the bill gone up but the speed of the service did. When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.

Manmohan Chahal (@ManmohanChahal1) reported@Bell this is day 3 of outage in the L4W 4L8 area and still no resolution.. our operations are severely disrupted. Can we expect a firm timeline as to when the issue will be resolved
-
Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@bell why won’t the automated service allow me to speak with a live service agent for repair after they announce the issue that was fixed yesterday wasn’t really fixed and may not be until Friday the 15th at 10pm? Working on it, no one needed on site after waiting all day today

RJT Sharma (@RJTSharma8) reported@Bell_Support I haven’t got any resolution or further update from bell. I DM’d all the details but no further update. Instead your customer support is closing my query every 48hour with no update. Escalate it Asap.

Stressy Ressy 💙 (@RessyM) reportedI thought that the @CRTCeng was fixing wholesale rates? I'm still being offered 1 gig fiber service (non bundle) from @Bell for under $60 per the latest flyer I received. They wouldn't offer that for over a year if they were losing money on it the entire time.
