@RogersHelps @Rogers Amazes me that @Bell reps aren't going door to door right now. The trust & faith in this company has been broken & a token credit won't cut it. The ppl that have suffered medical emergencies the last 30 hrs & didn't get immediate help (911) should class action #rogersoutrage

@emarceg @Bell We kept a log for Bell. Longest uninterrupted service last 6 months was 3 weeks. We download from Netflix because we never know if the Fibe TV will be working. For this we pay $300/month (cell phone Rogers) We were going to call Rogers on Monday to switch... guess we'll hold off

@Rogers wow I switched over to you guys and now I am regretting it. I definitely won't be the first customer you guys loose. And not the last. Hey @Bell got any room for a new customer 😎

@gmbutts #rogersoutage Gov of Canada should take over this monopoly. @Rogers charges arm and a leg and 1 eye for ****** service. Gov of Canada makes it very reliable. Want to go to bell 🤢 🤕 Hate @Bell

@emarceg @Bell Our internet goes down 5min -30 min 2-4 x about 2-4x a day and 4- 6 x weekly. Multiple calls/resets, 2 tech visits, 2 new modems. No change. Tech told us it was because our neighbourhood had old phone line wires, not fibreoptic. Said he switched to Rogers despite Bell discount.

@Bell_Support Internet up/down since this AM, more “down” as day progresses. Troubleshooted + ran virtual tune up, detected no issues. Seems ppl in Halton are experiencing similar issues w internet. Is there an outage or work being done or something? When will it be fixed?

@RogersHelps now over 31 hours with no service. Have my non-Rogers reliable cell phone tethered to my home computer and currently chatting with @Bell to switch. The ongoing and periodic nightmare that is @Rogers will soon be a thing of the past
