@Bell_Support Would have been really helpful to send us a Text about restarting our phone instead of having to search on Twitter for this solution. Rip my 2 meetings this morning.

My wife and daughter run businesses from home. My daughter has a serious medical condition; a landline could be crucial if our cells fail. We need our internet/phone service, @Bell, and your reps are refusing to help. I can't imagine @cogecohelps would treat us this way.

@Bell apparently when calling to confirm service is working and outages your reps feel it entertaining and freely disconnect the call. This maybe the last thing before a move to an alternate provider. Worst customer service! #fail #custserv
