Nathan Kehler (@nathan_P44) reported@Bell @Travisdhanraj This is me trying to cancel my internet. It's ******* impossible. Bell even sent a technician over to disconnect my fibre so Telus could hook up. You would think they would automatically cancel it for you

Ken Braithwaite (@DStrungk) reported@Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

jim saul 🇨🇦🌽🐓 (@SflJim) reported@vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Apparently we had a bell tower go down in our area and they chose not to repair. Large dead zone No notice or concern from bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.

Linda (@Violet_71) reportedHey @Bell, thanks for wasting my time. I took a day off work for an installation appointment that was cancelled without any explanation. No notice, no accommodation, no attempt to make it right. If this is how Bell treats potential customers why would anyone switch? #Fail
