@Bell 3) So then I requested support and some time later a lady came on, & her line was so bad, her voice so garbled & electronic I could hear maybe every 10th word. I asked her to call me back & managed to hear 'yes'. I'm still waiting. I refuse to be billed 3x the stated rate!

@Rogers is pathetic. I cancelled my cable/internet for Tuesday June 22. They “accidentally” cancelled it last night and are refusing to reactivate it for the remaining 4 days. Do yourself a favour and switch to @bell. Ignite sucks anyway.

@Bell_Support It’s not specific to me. It’s my whole community. Kingston East. The area between Hwy 401 and Hwy 2, along Hwy 15 in Ontario. 5000+ people with horrible cell service because there is something wrong with the tower. It really needs to be fixed. Thx.
