@bell my mom passed away, l’m dealing with a lot, you cancel my home phone and not my moms phone number in her long term care home! I waiting for the funeral home to call, family etc. I think I’m dealing with enough & now I’m on hold trying get my # connected!!! 😤

We rebooted the modem before the call. We receive an automatic message saying they rebooted the modem and to call back if there are problems and then they hang up with no chance to speak to anyone. You have to call back. What the hell even is this @Bell_Support

@Bell ive been calling for months to complain about my internet lagging. I’ve spoken to several techs on all levels and they have all said a supervisor and a manager will call me back yet, nothing!!! Do I have to go into a store to get my issue resolved. What terrible service!!
