Hey @Bell is there any outages in Toronto? I haven’t had internet for an hour and your tech support doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing

@chad_beloin @Bell_Support @Bell They don’t care. I already called. I’m in downtown Toronto and it’s been almost a full 24 hours. Won’t be restored til August 13 (!) as per the latest useless update. Like wtf….?!

In Feb @Bell came to my place to say an engineer was coming to check things (I don't know why they told me, that isn't my yard). Then around March an engineer came, told me it was an emergency and critical, pole will snap with that @hydroquebec transformer. But that's not all...

Completely disgusted with @Bell garbage quality. No cell service in my area and no solutions or common sense from customer service reps. Trash all around

@Bell_Support @Bell Internet has been down 4 days in downtown Toronto and surrounding areas. Although Mobility has provided a few extra GBs, the connection is still very slow. This is seriously affecting my work. Please fix immediately.

@Bell my internet has been down since Sunday morning Bell said Tuesday. I’ve been using my phone because I have unlimited data, who knew unlimited had and end

@Bell I have been without internet for 5 days, and I have already received 7 service interruption emails. Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.

@Bell 2 days without service should = a month free of service 🤙 Apparently there's an outage in Toronto rn

@LukeRdeGruchy @fanCRTCProfling Neither do I. That's why I have a bridged modem and my own router and WiFi equipment. @Bell WiFi equipment of any kind is the most problematic and unreliable. I can't count the number of times that I have fixed #Bell WiFi issues by using an external router setup on a DMZ.
