Each time I call customer service, I am told the issue will be resolved “tomorrow.” When I asked why Bell has no backup plan, I was told I should prepare one myself.

That's why I have a bridged modem and my own router and WiFi equipment. @Bell WiFi equipment of any kind is the most problematic and unreliable. I can't count the number of times that I have fixed #Bell WiFi issues by using an external router setup on a DMZ.
