@Bell_Support after a temp service suspension my internet is no longer working. Last night was told my modem would be here be noon, now I'm being told I'll be without internet for three days. No offer to help faster or credit my account.

@Bell - your definition of loyalty is crazy. We had 6 services on our bill, we cancel two of them leaving 4 services & yet we are told that we are losing our loyalty credit. Talking to your loyalty department is like talking to a robot. Very disappointed in your customer service
@Bell_Support Yup! I called yesterday and this morning and they told me there is an outage in our area. I find it odd since my husband also use Bell and he doesn't have any problem.😏😏
@Bell I've been trying to solve this issue for the past 5 months. I keep receiving 2 bills. Couldn't reach anyone from customer service. Finally when I did the problem was supposedly solved but now I'm getting double bills again
