    @Bell I’ve been on the phone for 1 hour 25 minutes, 4 different people. After explaining why I cancelled my service, Randy the manager asked me if I wanted a Bell router. Now he’s told me he’s the highest person I can speak to. Won’t give me a supervisor name, vp name. @CRTCeng

    Thank you @Bell for rescheduling my morning appointment to this afternoon without notifying me. Is only the tech that came sunday did his job I wouldn't have had to waste my day today waiting. FYI: this is garbage service and when a customer asks a question, you should answer it

    Dear @bell and @TSN_Sports since i pay for your appi expected it to work, Why buy exclusice rights if you are not good enough to stream it properly Had to watch the games in spanish because you are not able to do the job. #fifaworldcup Your app DOESNT WORK!

    @Bell_Support Thanks Only took four hours for one department to talk to another department about this issue This seems to happen ever six months Work better so these issues don't keep repeating themselves every six months .
