    @Bell had the worst experience, my internet and mobile plan rates were increased, (mobile plan 24% in 1 year. When I called to discuss the team did not want to talk and literally encouraged me to churn. Never seen such a poor customer service. Leaving bell for good.

    @Bell why does service suck so much lately. I drive for work and need a dependable phone provider. And lately. Youre not it Barely get service. If i do. 3g or lte This latgest network of 5g is a joke

    @cogeco been trying to speak to a human for 2 days about our service being down. Unfortunately your customer service seems to be non existent. Maybe @bell could help?
