    @Bell_Support Bell your service in the last year in Muskoka is terrible and it has gotten increasingly worse over the last month. Customers pay pretreated in Canada, you need to do better on your cell service!

    Hey @Bell, thanks for wasting my time. I took a day off work for an installation appointment that was cancelled without any explanation. No notice, no accommodation, no attempt to make it right. If this is how Bell treats potential customers why would anyone switch? #Fail

    @theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support Never. Because they get away with it! And IMYHO, since they know they have a monopoly along with Rogers, they will do nothing to fix it.

    @Bell I had a terrible experience with billing support team. Even after cancelling the service and returning the modem , I’m still being charged. Please look into this. Need your help.
