@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support To explain more, I have an older "unlimited plan", but after a set limit you throttle the connection down to an unusable 512 kbs. I was told the only option was to changed to a newer more expensive plan. My data is so slow your own website. won't load to look at your plans.

@Bell To ensure all customers can reach their loved ones in Iran, Rogers, Fido, Telus and Koodo are waiving fees for long distance calling and text messaging until October 14. We look forward to see the same support from Bell. Thank you!

It was lovely to see @Bell_Support and @EastlinkSupport Pat themselves on the back the last few days here in the maritimes. You failed your customers and put peoples lives at risk. @CRTCeng Don’t congratulated yourself when people had no service. Then act smug during a briefing.

@Bell I echo the same concern as numerous comments on your posts and mentions. @Rogers and @TELUS have been very prompt at acknowledging the issue in Iran. Thousands of Iranian-Canadians have lost touch with their loved ones in Iran due to the Iranian government cutting off internet.

@Bell Hello Bell, landline service for an elderly lady has been down since the hurricane on a Saturday. How does she let the company know it is down? Her wifi high speed is working fine. Just no dial tone for the landline. This is HRM.

@Bell_Support I’m getting quite fed up with your service. My phone plan went from $169.50/month for 20 gb of unlimited data (between two lines) to $176. I’m looking online and see your plans are not less than this increase you’ve given me. How can you justify increasing existing
