    @Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

    @Bell_Support I'll be going to the store in person tomorrow to have them swapped. I'll still be nice to the employees since it's not their fault at all, but man this has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had.

    @Bell 14 years with you and you still cannot give a good rate (even new customers get better plans) anyways you will be losing a customer. So fed up with the BS offers like how you’re offering me $70 for the same plan that others give for $40.

    @Bell @CyborgNinja86 Well unfortunately it seems to be the truth. I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Talk and scroll almost impossible now

    @Bell Bell Canada is the worst company ever. No company in the history of Canada has put more effort into the exact opposite of customer service. It's a disrespect of the customer that goes above and beyond greed. It's evil. #Shame

    Fck it’s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service …

    @Travisdhanraj @Bell @Telus is just as bad. Tried to cancel my landline, wasted hours of my life with no results. Quit paying the bill, finally they cancelled and sent a final invoice, paid that and haven't done business with telus since.

    I can’t comprehend how bad the service has been from @bell when it comes to setting up another line. I’ve been given the wrong instructions 6 or 7 times its unbelievable
