@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Rogers, is it too much to ask that my connection be stable and reliable? Every few weeks I have to chase you guys down because my connection is neither stable nor reliable. I really can't wait for @Bell to roll out their fibre in my area so I can have STABLE internet. #CRTC

  • outtapocket416 🇨🇦 (@outtapocket416) reported

@Bell_Support investigates the error that they made when I canceled my account - promised a cal back in 24-48 hours on Monday. It’s Sunday and no call back. Same situation with @Bell that has been going on since 2018 with them. We’re now 5 years deep. 2 separate issues no call.

@Bell_Support my internet is insanely slow despite having the 1gigabit plan, speed tests show <1mbit download speeds. ive tried restarting the hh3000 but speeds are still abysmal please help

  • Doppa_D Doppa D (@Doppa_D) reported

@JAYQ_H @Bell @Eastlink 100%... when we pay for a service, it should already be reliable. Asking people to pay extra for additional items so the service works properly is scummy.

  • MtlYlavoie Yves Lavoie (@MtlYlavoie) reported from Montréal, Québec

@joerosie1 @Bell I don’t think so. Different countries different SIM cards . Usually wi go can be found in restaurants or cruise terminals. Shop for Internet package onboard the ship according to your needs. Don’t USE Canadian card with cellular at sea. No data outside Canada unless emergency.

  • kyle_erickson_ Kyle Erickson (@kyle_erickson_) reported

  • ksmcisaac Kim McIsaac (@ksmcisaac) reported
