@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@bell 4/4 stating he reversed the charges & resolved the dispute I wouldn't be bothered about this issue anymore , 2 days ago I get a email from some collection agency saying bell referred this to them. WTF IS THE MATTER WITH YOUR INEPT COMPANY Do I need a lawyer to settle this?

@durs26 @ItsSamG @Bell Worst experience with a company ever. Now they've screwed with my credit so I'm looking into getting a lawyer to sue them for harassment and renaging on their arrangement with me regarding this issue. They lie. They are inept.

@Bell_Support It’s your network, not my phone! The transmission tower power is so low my device drops to 3G, which is even slower! It’s not my device, when your signal coverage is so low, and I’m in a city of over 300,000 population!
