@Bell_Support during a pandemic when people are sick and dying no one can go anywhere but they can talk on the phone family can't contact us from poland for 4 days maybe they think our house burnt down maybe who knows what they think

Seriously, too bad @Bell doesn’t have fast enough internet in my area!! I would switch back instantly for their alt tv app. @Rogers what gives… no apple app after all of these years!!

@Bell_Support we have terrible cell reception out in south alton in ns. Bell had mini cell phone tower last year. Are u going install again this year until a permanent tower is installed?

Fun @bell story from today: from an EPP corporate page, a chat message pops up asking if they could help. Twenty minutes & a phone call later, the answer is apparently no because the chat agents cant touch/answer questions on EPP plans. THEN MAYBE DONT PUT THE CHAT ON THAT PAGE

@Bell Desperately trying to change their image – after uncountable years of the same ****. Bell will need to change their attitude, their pricing, their customer service, their promises, their services if they want to change customers‘ minds.

Not impressed with @Bell @Bell_Support. My nearly 90 YO mom has had your service for only two weeks and it keeps cutting out. Then the tech gets snippy with her for not knowing one box from the other. She's Freaking 90!!! And you got her on the floor pulling cords!
