    @FidoSolutions one of the most ridiculous services and bad customer service i ever saw. Thanks to @Bell i switched within 10 days and more happy to stay with Bell with excellent customer care support. Fido needs to hire more people to talk in real time

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    @Bell left me stranded with no data even though I paid for travel plan. Didn't help me at all even though chatted on my trip 7 times Bell travel plan fail. And now they say they won't give me back my money. After 19 years @telus here I come!!!

    @Bell_Support Giga Hub 2.0 with Firmware version: 2.14.1 has a major flaw with the DMZ Advanced mode. The Internet drops every few hours, requiring toggling the DMZ mode on and off. So annoying and unacceptable in 2026. When is the fix coming?
