    @Bell_Support In Ottawa here ... fiber straight into the the house never any issues but tonight internet is struggling ... 22 mbps download when I'm paying over 100 bucks for gigabit ...

    don't even get me started on you @Bell .. you cut the entire areas landlines and internet for the next 24 hours?! we don't get cell phone service here. we have zero power, no phone communication, and no internet unless we drive 30 minutes to another town... this is so dangerous

    @cristinapinto65 @Bell_Support The last update for resumption of service is tomorrow at 12pm! And thats not even guaranteed. So 3 and a half days without internet.
