Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • krispucci Kris Pucci (@krispucci) reported

@MobileSyrup The price of the unit is not the issue, it's their rate plans that make it ridiculous. @Bell wants $85/mo plan. That is Ludacris.

  • jasonbw99 JDub5519 (@jasonbw99) reported

@Bell_Support is your website/self serve portal down right now. I am trying to login to view my bill and it is telling me I no longer have a bill associated with my account. Please advise.

  • GeneralFromMoon The Clown Poilievre (@GeneralFromMoon) reported

    @Bell Can I get a mural saying @bell sucks?

  • hannahcarriere Hannah Carriere (@hannahcarriere) reported

Signed up for a plan price that I haven't been getting. Rather than satisfying me as a customer, @bell is now paying staff to go through phone recordings to scrutinize conversations. It's been 5 months of wrong bills. Hours of phone calls. You just made things worse.

@globeandmail @Bell firing @LisaLaFlamme_ in the manner executed speaks volumes - probable presence of toxic management problem created by insecure bullies with low people skills. It reflects poorly on brand character and soon on bottom line.

  • GreySealHugger Bridget Curran (@GreySealHugger) reported

@Bell Gouge Gouge Gouge. Wifi as weak as water and now you’re expecting customers to pay more to compensate for your crappy service?? I shouldn’t need pods for my small 2-bedroom apartment.

  • lol42069hungry Will (@lol42069hungry) reported

@Bell your wifi is so spotty and inconsistent, my family pays for your gigabit internet and I get ping in the thousands of hundreds no matter what I'm doing. It's so unstable would not recommend.

  • EdmontonJag Jag Mattress Edmonton (@EdmontonJag) reported

@ItsDeanBlundell @Bell @LisaLaFlamme_ Should we be gathering all the truckers together in support of Lisa ?

  • TheMadMagics Justin (@TheMadMagics) reported

In case you haven't guessed by the numerous tweets I wrote today, I am a bit angy (deliberate misspelling) @Bell for what @BellMediaPR did. Also, their monopoly on internet services in my rural area (& the higher price for poorer service) sucks, as does their Internet signal.

  • TimMcDermott8 Tim McDermott (@TimMcDermott8) reported

@Bell Bell isn’t just sticking it to their Network Anchor, they want to stick it to all of us too. How about instead of squeezing every last penny out of consumers and firing your Network anchor to increase profits, you try something radical… like improving service
