@Bell my mom has been w/o landline service since this morning bc a Bell Canada crew has been working on ‘something‘ at the corner. She doesn’t have a cell phone, no one from Bell told her she’d be w/o service 4 an entire day. But sure, increase her monthly charges, makes sense.

@Bell_Support Still no signal to one of the receivers. Have rebooted several times today, disconnected power to the receiver, and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas/assistance as to what to do/try next?
