@Bell_LetsTalk 4 in 4 @Bell customers suffer anxiety attacks dealing with your stupid customer care, telling us “I understand your frustration”, and proceed to do nothing about monthly price increases on services and hardware #BellLetsTalk

  • AlEuegle Al Euegle (@AlEuegle) reported

@Bell Fibe Internet went up $5.05/month. Again. Every single year it goes up by $5. Actually this time it was only 10 mths. For what? There is zero improvement in service, d/l speed goes down every year (u/l still ok). What are you specifically providing me for that extra $5??

  • Andiecip Andie (@Andiecip) reported

@SomiaQuilt @Bell @Bell_Support The call privacy does nothing they still call through. That govt do not call list is a joke. We pay the most in the world for cell and cable and internet and we get the least service and support

@Bell cannot manage to fix a home phone line problem that has been going on for over a month. Today, it was to have been fixed for good. Yeah, hard no on that as now phone line doesn’t work at all. @Bell actually made it worse. Infuriating.

  • TheMaxNPV MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported

@XboxKaneda @Bell That’s awesome. I switched to the 1GB fibre service around 4 years ago and I’ll never go back. Aside from the speed and low latency I haven’t had a single outage. Only thing that was super flaky were their wifi extender pods that I had to stop using.

@smocha_j @Bell_LetsTalk @Bell If you can’t afford rent, Trudeau will help you kill yourself. #BellLetsTalk

@Bell_Support I’m genuinely beginning to believe frontline Bell customer service aren’t permitted or trusted to individually provide adequate customer service in a timely manner without getting someone else’s permission. Sad.

  • MikaRRT Mika Nonoyama (@MikaRRT) reported

@Bell bill👆$10/mo since Feb 2022. When I inquired: "We continuously invest to provide a reliable service & price adjustments help support these investments to ensure we continue to offer products and services of quality"🧵1/2

  • JonesyGord Gord Jones (@JonesyGord) reported

@Bell @CRTCHearings @crteng my father in law that is 90+ has no phone line connection at the moment. Bell has told him the techs, as instructed by their VP, will not fix the copper line so 2 choices, Switch to fibre or go away! 👋 Very disappointed at sad treatment of seniors.

  • KevinGarGre Kevin GardnerGregory (@KevinGarGre) reported

@Bell_Support Is there any way to know when upgraded Internet will be available in an area? Otherwise, I may have to cancel.
