Corey (@KOTR_2003) reported@Bell why can I not simply add "top up" days to my service... The only option is to 'permanently' add data to my plan, which I plan to remove anyways after the first month, and get charged 2 months worth? Total crap system.

J_M (@jj_spider) reportedSo I try not to complain to companies on Twitter, but I feel like I've fallen into some @Bell black hole. Contacted them for mobile services, arranged every detail from pricing down to phone colours. That was Dec 23. I've spoken to about 18 reps since 1/

J_M (@jj_spider) reportedYo @Bell, I tried placing an order for mobile service on the 23rd of December, I've spoken to over a dozen people at this point and all anyone can tell me is the order wasn't processed (although one guy said it was all good). Several people disconnected me. Who do I call?

Rob Lukinchuk (@RobLukinchuk) reported@Bell I would just like to expess my frustration with your level of service for mobile data in Saskatchewan. With the amount I have to pay to get 20 g's of data per month and deal with throttled data service that is less than half of what you say... after 10+ years.. done.

Tracey Hamilton (@jazcan) reported@Bell_Support @CastleRogue No matter how many times I put these emails into ‘junk’ ! they continue to increase. The email addresses change so blocking does nothing. BELL needs to use the same filters that gmail uses since I never have this problem with them! I also rarely use my bell/sympatico email.

Kat Hat (@HatleyKatie) reported@Bell_Support why is your bell service so terrible? I pay so much money for something that doesn’t work! 😡
-
Buy_Skyrim (@Not_Todd_Howard) reportedIt has come to my attention that I can't even watch livestreams with the internet out. Again, **** you @Bell
-
Michael Martyn (@MMartynMusic) reportedNone of which I am even mad about anymore. Congrats @bell: you have successfully conditioned me to accept incredibly crappy customer service. Bear in mind the individuals themselves are generally fine; it is the systems and scripts, jargon and jingoism that is so frustrating.

S. McCuaig (@Mrs_McCuaig) reported@Bell_News @Bell @CraveCanada Is this going to be extended to support online schooling that was announced to go until Jan 22nd in Ontario? Otherwise, can you please may unlimited an option in rural areas? 🙏

Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported@virginmobilecan I would like to know why I am not receiving short code messages when I was receiving them no problem with @Bell
