    @Bell has to be the worst company out there, you do an upgrade online, but then decide to cancel because you can get the product in store.. now you’re saying it’s going to take a week for the upgrade to cancel?! Then having the rudest case manager out there

    @IConcedeToNoOne @Bell Ya I had no issues with cogeco, but bell gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. Wish I would have now.

    @Bell Good Lord!! I have had a landline at my cottage for years. Last 10 years I have to call at beginning of season because of loud hum on line. I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!

    @Reil76 @Bell This is why we need to eliminate the Cellular/Internet/Cable service monopoly we have in Canada. It only serves to promote poor customer service and high rates. It does nothing to support the Canadian consumer and everything for the corporations.

    @bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops
