Made a programming change to my Bell Fibe TV… Instead Bell knocked out all my channels - 48 hours later and @Bell_Support has not managed to turn the service back on. Customer service is non-existent #TimeForaChange #BellSucks - anybody had a similar experience with Bell Fibe?

@Bell_Support @Bell After the Rogers outage , I booked an installation with Bell and have that scheduled for July 19, 12PM-5PM an installation guy came to install and he left in the middle of the job. Now as general customers we’re hostage on bad customer service competition

I’ve received FIVE spam calls in the last two hours. You’d think with the criminally high prices @Bell and other Canadian telecom companies charge us they would be able to figure out SOMETHING to help with this problem.

I am now zero expectations to resolve this matter, as I’m not sure they’re going to keep their promise to install on Saturday. I’ve reinstated the service from Rogers … I literally feel like hostage between @bell and Rogers. @CRTCeng

@Bell Please complete the fiber installations properly in the Cardinal-Johnstown area of ON. We've had 100's of meters of fiber running on top of people's lawns FOR MONTHS, where it get chopped by lawnmowers, tripped on by kids. A liability risk. Fix that.

You'd think after the latest crisis, @RogersHelps would have made more effort to keep me as a customer. @Bell_Support was ready + willing to offer discounts. Wonder what I'll decide...

One would think getting a new customer would be in their interest. But it seems @Bell is just NOT interested. @DeniseC41643393 has been trying to get new service to our trailer for TWO weeks. Not even a clue IF we will ever get an answer. But our neighbor has their service.
