@Bell_Support Dear Bell, none of your operators want to help me. You are now losing a 30 year customer with cable, internet, and 5 cell phones. Thought you should know, I’m fed up

@Monster_Truck_ @Bell @Bell_Support Bell is typically good, but seems like maybe not in your area, which is a shame. In context, I'm in northern Ontario and have 350/10 and it's always on. You should be a GB all the time. Have you looked into Rogers? My brother in law has them. Super fast (horrible company)

@Bell Part 2 @bellcanada says that since we got cut off on October 28th and I never called back that I am still on the hook for the $217.00, even though I just paid a $300.00 bill at my new address for, you guessed it, my new service. This is an OUTRAGE.

@Bell @Bell_Support Wow! I have been online over an hour trying to suspend my cell service for a couple of months. Going to cost $30/m to have no cell service - really?!?! US carriers offer better rates for all of NA. Thoughts?

@bell your agent Mark just told me to speak professionally about a service that you are charging me for that I don't even have.

@Bell You have the worst customer service in the world. Today you have made me wait in all morning unnecessarily because you changed my installation date without telling me, made me wait on hold for an hour then disconnected my call when transferring me between departments. Bravo
