    @Bell_Support You updated FibeTV web platform recently. Now on ANY Mac OS browser on my laptop it runs up the WindowServer CPU way up, overheats, fan runs, must close your web app. This is even without playing a channel, happens even on your home screen. PLS FIX! TY

    @rogers I would like internet please. Why can't a tech get scheduled to my unit??? Did I tell you the building is under contract with @Rogers too? Crazy huh? Maybe @Bell can help instead?

    100% not shocked at the poorest customer service I'm receiving from @bell right now. Had to give a $200 deposit to get a home line for work. No longer need it and they are refusing to give it back. I never missed a bill payment once. So Shady but not shocking.

    @Bell_Support hello, I've been trying to make a payment to my account through "mybell" app but it keeps informing on an update my phone can't get. Samsung S9+. If its an app store problem, please let me know.

    @Bell Unfortunately I am so tired of overcharges with your company that I will be joining 'another' fibre-optic provider, in the near future, to provide me with "RURAL" service that has NO limitations on my Internet use..
