    @bellsupport @bell Bell Canada is taking away peoples wired land lines, by lying and saying there is some issue with the line, then replacing it with VOIP to save money. BELL IS SIMPLY LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS TO SAVE MONEY. Contacting every Canadian media outlet about it.

    @logixow @Bell ping = 15 Down = 10.03 Up 0.67. I live in mid-town Toronto and this is the best service that Bell offers me. You should see what I can get from Rogers for the same price.

  • K_Goody1 Kelly Wynn-Goodwin (@K_Goody1) reported

    Wow @Bell. Our daughter died in a car accident and you're telling us that we can't cancel her account without buying out the term of her account because its under our name. Real nice.....

  • MarrenJami CovidCoochie (@MarrenJami) reported

    @Bell they WORST company

  • AEssaji Azim Essaji (@AEssaji) reported

    @Bell_Support Forgive me, but I've heard more apologies from Bell than I care to count. I don't care if you understand my frustration, or are laughing at me behind my back. Unfortunately, I need your service in order to do my job. 1/2

  • _brookeeade Brooke (@_brookeeade) reported

    @peterfrankl1n @logixow @Bell Is it better or worse? I have Rogers and the speeds are amazing, but the service keeps cutting in and out for me ever since that weird region shutdown that happened a few months back

  • AEssaji Azim Essaji (@AEssaji) reported

    @Bell_Support Just fix it and give me the service that I pay for. And give me some reasonable compensation for the stop-gap services I've had to employ. I'll DM you. 2/2

  • sophiahuda Sophia Huda (@sophiahuda) reported

    @Bell_Support I keep getting unstable internet warnings during Zoom calls. Yet you continue to charge us through the nose for 3rd rate internet service. WTF is your problem Bell, can you ever provide decent service at a fair price or is that against company policy??

  • AEssaji Azim Essaji (@AEssaji) reported

    Now am on the phone with them again, and they've promised that a tech will come out tomorrow morning. Got treated like an idiot by the tech support person, who frankly wasn't listening to my answers. 5/n @Bell
